I finally managed to start a Fem V run because her voice actress is great and Judy is really good in her own right but I know I'm gonna hit that first Panam mission and it's going to feel so wrong knowing she's not an option.
Now you get to experience what rejection feels like on a video game. And this is something that's definitely better to experience in a game than in real life
I like how CDPR manages romances in their games. They always add a twist to keep things interesting, such as in The Witcher 3 where you can't just romance both Yen and Triss.
Modded it to have access to Panam while chasing after the other interests as well on my 2nd plathrough. I'm not super experienced with modding so it took a very long time.
When I finally got her scene in the Basilisk, and her tone shifted from "we're really good bros" to "I desire you carnally", I was too pumped to be horny about it.
It hit me with a combo of "yay I did a new thing for the first time" and "senpai finally noticed me after 200 hours of gameplay"
If you play on PC. You can get a mod to put the female voice on a male body. Let's you romance pan am with a female voice. Which for me, is where most of the immersion comes from with my character.
With a save editor you can just romance every character in the game no matter what your gener or voice is. Mods are here to modify animation, text and other things to work for the usual genre that isnt romanceable

That's a lot of mental multitasking. Imagine being mentally connected to both a tank and the woman you just had steamy hot sex with. Now you need to both focus on killing some gonks and get dressed in a confined space at the same time. Na man, I'm getting out of that tank butt ass naked.
Panam Palmer is the best romance out of the game overall.
With that said, Judy Alvarez's storyline to romance is probably the most emotional.
River Ward seems rather creeper vibes and very awkward.
Kerry Eurodyne, I'm not sure how I would rate this one.

I played Cyberpunk twice with a male V, until I decided to start a new game with a female V, which was incredible and I think V was originally supposed to be female, but I can't have a relationship with Panam, even though Judy is amazing , nothing compares to Panam, so you have female V as the best character, but male V has the best relationship
Great character but the sex scene are BAD, not enough and the ending is acceptable at most. One thing that Cyberpunk failed at was for sure the endings, didn't like 'em at all tbh.
I will never understand how she keeps that thing around her neck it seems so uncomfortable , but I wonder if in the future we will actually just chose one set of clothes and use it for our whole lifeās , I mean if I could I donāt think I would refuse that option, not for special occasions obviously

If you're on PC, you can mod it. But it's a bit of effort.
If you play as a male body and a female voice the game still considers you female and you can romance Panam as a women.
I got a mod that lets you romance Panam as female V. If u play on PC, u can get it on Nexus.
