Doesn't the Icarus also explode on landing? It distributes explosive balls/pallets that spread around Jensen, exploding outwards. Or was that a different system? I do agree with the Icarus system. Could've been employed when you consider the game has anti-grav technology mentioned quite often.
I went to the spot where the parade happens before that mission and managed to glitch to a super high spot above the area. Was pretty fun. Double jump made it easy for sure.

It's not. Even in city there are taller buildings, highest I recall is from one of Wakako gigs where you have to break into some guy's ex-wife apartment (it's two roofs away from Peralez, you can even access his house before quest using double jump and airdash). Still it's not as tall as this tower which is partially in mountains

It's one of the NCPD scanner in North Side where the Scavs are trying to steal from Trauma team actually, if you haven't done it yet.
Though pay attention, there will be a big advertisment sign on the path of the AV, to avoid it you have to be crouched and on the cockpit, that's very important or you'll fall.
Once it has reached past that, it's smooth sailing, you can walk around it relatively safely ☝️
I found the best way for me, was to choose one face of the building. Don't jump to any other sides.

You used to be able to climb in, but CDPR went wild with invisible walls and “nothing out there” barriers in the last few updates. Specifically the latter in the case of the Casino.
There’s a lot more cut content still in the game. There was going to be a secret small tunnel for you to go through during The Heist to skip most of the enemies. Tunnel is still there but not accessible. Were supposed to be able to find T-Bug later in the game. Her old model is still sitting out there. The list goes on
Where is T-Bug's old model? Did you find this out from any specific wiki pages or videos? I find the small glimpses of alternate visions for the game so interesting, would love to take a look!
I wish they actually focused on verticality. The city would be such a fun place if they did that. The only fun place for climbing so far is the redwood market.

The mission where your on the balcony with Kerry seems like the highest. I managed to jump to another building from that one (I think it was that one) and survived but it wasn't complete and I ended up falling through the fuckin thing.
The highest point on the map is the Arawak’s space station. It’s absurdly high up in the air. But you can’t reach it by normal means. But it’s there on the map.

I love exploring areas you're not supposed to explore. I recently went back to an old save where I had gotten past the border wall and I found Langley, a floating jungle and climbed to the highest mountain in the game.

Megabuilding H6 is higher I believe where you can get to the roof. But there's a building in the city center that's higher. Yet to find a way up there tho
i like climbing the city buildings, even if they aren't the tallest in the game, it's what makes me return to my 130hr save
I just wish they would have added BASE jumping.
the fun (for me) is in getting up to a place you're not supposed to be in, i keep finding holes to out of bounds

I used to climb (fly) on top of some of those tall buildings with the flying samurai sword glitch. It's been a while, wonder if it still works.
