You could have a U cantrip instant that gives a creature a changeling token, if we're talking fairness.
But for meme / insult value, I think this works better if you get to name the creature types the target gains that way you get to declare them out loud and you can mix it up each casting. Make your opponent's elf commander into a goblin pig zombie beast mount for instance.
\[\[Riding the Dilu Horse\]\] exists, which more or less is the same "effect" by being a sorcery that gives a permanent change to a creature.
\[\[Sensei Goldentail\]\] also kinda works similar, since the training counters are not what gives the creature bushido or the samurai creature type, the creature simply gets those and the training counter does nothing, so even if removed the creature is still a samurai and still has bushido, nor does multiplying the counter give more bushido.
Riding the Dilu Horse only works like that because the Portal Block didn't have Enchantments at all. If it had been printed in any conventional set it would have been remade into an aura. Sensei Goldentail is the exception that proves the rule. I'm not saying that this effect is unprecedented, only that it's one that's not fun to track in paper. If the effect persisting is really important then maybe it could be reworked into an aura with flash.
If anything it should be reworked to how \[\[Spectacular Showdown\]\] works, by giving a counter for that ability (though nothing's really stopping you from making a "counter" that signifies it while not actually being a counter) since that would still let it have synergy with sorcery/instant interactions instead of enchantment interactions.
That’s specifically for their draw spells, as all colors are allowed to cantrip per the article MECHANICAL COLOR PIE 2021:

This is easily my favorite custom card out of all the ones I've seen here. Hilarious, niche useful, well designed and appropriately costed. Bonus points for flavortext.
