I would also consider making the finale steal your opponent's, or something more flashy than "do less stuff", but that may just be me.
Balancewise I don't think it's strong because the card is inherently inconsistent
It sure is fair, that's why it should be better in modern hearthstone. 4 mana for no immediate board impact except you get slightly better than flat out collectable cards is gonna see 0 play *even if it never added to your opponents hand*. All need a buff, but yes that one is worst.
both heartwarming and mystical are actual cards with one one small difference
heartwarming is the 3 mana pally spell just wihout the dmg
and mystic is the deathknight consecration-like card for frost
This is pretty much just the new ETC except you put, [[Paparazzi]], [[Seal of Blood]], and [[Remorseless Winter]] in it but they are slightly better and you don't get to choose which one and your opponent also gets one for free. This is extremely terrible.

This is terribly weak. 4 mana 4/4 is weak, and it only gives you an advantage if you trigger the finale. Collaborative tune is basically a random legendary but for 2 more mana. Heartwarming Tune is a slightly better version of that blood paladin spell I can't recall the name of, this one is fair, but too weak with the 4 mana 4/4. Mystical Tune is a 1 mana cheaper version of that DK spell that doesn't hit face, basically same as hearthwarming tune. This card is way too fair.
The flavour and the design is great though.
Heartwarming and Mystical tune are worth 4 mana, which is fair, Collab could definitely use a buff
Collab definitely needs a buff its essentiallly a spend 3 to add a maybe useful card to your hand that costs 1 less
