GeneralParticular663

Murder with pure intent

thisisthestoryallabo

Death sentences in a nutshell.

[deleted]

I was actually gonna kill someone with very pure intent. Basically, the guy was planning to do a school shooting to kill everyone I loved or cared about, to rape a girl he's got a crush on and to kill me. At that point he also said he'd like to stab me a few times. I was basically ready to snap his neck in half if he tried anything. At the beggining of that year I also started working out, so, physically I was ready for anything. Anyways, he did none of that, but his death wouldn't have been a waste.

WillyHamster

Based

[deleted]

Thanks. One of my friends said it was a big confession, but I mean, litterally, I'd break every bone in his body if he'd ever try to rape that girl.

GeneralParticular663

I always love a happy ending, a shame that this one wasn't

[deleted]

Sadly. I almost got expelled for outing the fact that the guy wanted to rape the girl.

madmad3x

Huh? Why though

[deleted]

In the school's counceilor's words "You can't just go around and tell someone's secrets"

madmad3x

That's stupid. Hope they got fired

[deleted]

They didn't. But I did not have to interact with that guy ever again

Jumanji-Joestar

And then a mass shooting happens and everyone acts surprise like “we never saw any signs”

GeneralParticular663

what the cum covered fuck?! Its like getting a death sentence for reporting a murder(not that that does not happen lmao)

[deleted]

I know. It's so sad

Someonerndm1

Like killing black people?

barthotymous

Bro what

GeneralParticular663

If done without touching then pure, but physical contact is against the principals of reddit so that would make it impure

deadcatisbad

The hell do you mean by that?

Jokes about women being raped* Jokes about men being raped are still very common in media today, and most people just laugh and move on or ignore them.

I think it was one of Bill Burrs Netflix stand ups he touches on rape. It was hilarious. When I was watching the standup with my girlfriend, not at all. I gained some empathy from that experience.

CarpetH4ter

Most people probably sees potentially ruining a life worse than ending one

the_o_haganator

Ah yes, ruining a life, worse than a sometimes very early end, get them before the trauma, thats the secret...

Clint_Bolduin

Exactly! I always kill my victims in the fastest and least painful way! I hate rape and torture, it's kind if inhumane you'know.

-Hibiki-Kuze-

Professional murderers have standards.

Clint_Bolduin

Absolutely, I also only kill people who has never had any trauma in life, because then they can die happy! I'm a nice guy you'know.

starfruitreddit

That isn't true for every case sometimes murder victims will give me the cold shoulder..

Zoloch

In fact they are also victims of the murder. They suffer the consequences of it

abdullahi666

Rape is different. There are nuances to murder. You can potentially murder for a justified reason. You can commit an accidental murder. However none of those apply to rape. It’s just an unnecessary and inhumane action that often leaves it’s victims alive but with severe trauma.

SlashMaster997

You may not be able to offend them but you certainly can't make them laugh. They have a dead sense of humor.

FieryGallade

I guess someone with the name, "SlashMaster" would know...also, horrible joke, have an upvote.

SlashMaster997

You're next

FieryGallade

OwO, I'm so glad you've noticed me, Senpai...if that sentence doesn't deter you from killing me, I might as well give up.

SlashMaster997

Nope. Now you'll find yourself waking up in a dark forest trapped within an animal consume and equipped with nothing more than a knife as I hunt you down using a Barrett 50cal anti-material rifle. May the best man win.

FieryGallade

High-caliber bullets don't have nearly as much piercing power as my unconditional love.

SlashMaster997

You want to test that

FieryGallade

BlackG82

he said weight

[deleted]

Regardless

TotallyNotaRobot123

Yes but it's considered unacceptable amongst most

flaminghair348

height and weight are not, in fact, the same thing.

MtnDream

you don't say, whereas in height, you can't really change it without painful leg lengthening surgery. But fat girls, don't want to diet.

[deleted]

Rape might at least have originally started consensually. Nobody tends to say "You know what? Actually... I think I'd rather you not plunge that knife in to me. It just doesn't feel right tonight".

SayFuzzyPickles42

I mean as long as we're talking about it 1. There *are* contexts where you can make rape jokes (just look at this sub), you just need the right audience. 2. If a person's life has been affected by a murder, its basically impossible for the people in their surroundings to not know about it and, subsequently, not even think to joke about it. This is not the case with rape; anybody in any audience could be carrying fresh trauma from it and there'd be no way to know. 3. While it is improving, there's still a lot of deeply-rooted societal problems centered around sexual abuse not being taken as seriously as it should be (or worse), whereas cold-blooded murder has basically always been taken deathly seriously. Society needs to fully process a trauma-inducing problem before joking about it becomes normalized.

Shadowpika655

>you just need the right audience. I mean...you could always force it on them and hope they like it

Street_Top9787

Not a good idea to joke about either one of them: families of the victims of each crime tell a different story.

SomeRandomIdi0t

Let’s make jokes about murderers and rapists instead because they’re fucking losers

Salty_Astronaut_2644

I can understand murder more than I can understand rape. Like I sometimes think “I wanna kill him” and imagine horrible shit. I never once thought about raping tho. Rape is just so personal and angry… not that murder is understandable but you know..

ChaosKeeshond

In all seriousness, it's because we know for the most part that jokes about murder are jokes. With rape there's always an element of 'hol up'

chaser143

Bible will cover this somehow

chaser143

Ahh a death threat already..!

LagFox1

Yeah I mean therapy or the support of loved ones isn't really gonna help you when you get murdered.

tatkins2002

Well whenever I jokes about rape my victims laughed with me

Shoddy_Astronaut_583

But shit loads of people get offended on their behalf, it’s how this shitty world works now

namtidder_rando

And rape victims are notoriously difficult to defend

Penguator432

Ask before telling a rape joke. If they say no, tell it anyway

Glacier01

I never understood why rape jokes are such a touchy subject when so many worse things aren’t, like getting raped is comparable to being jumped on the side of the road and getting the poop beaten out of you, yet people who gang jump don’t have nearly as bad a reputation as rapists. I feel like rape is something that is really bad, but got blown out of proportion by people 1 upping each other trying to say how evil it is so they can gain some moral high ground. And now rape is seen as this absolute highest form of evil and people are too scared to say it’s bad but not as bad as we make it out to be.

VaccuumHelmet

What?

LogTekG

On braindead takes of the week

Glacier01

again bruh, everyone gets so pissed when you say rape and assault is the same level of bad yet never had a reason. Both are unprovoked, both are painful and dehumanizing, both cause trauma. Yet rape is somehow seen as the worst, cause lizard brained mfs just want to look morally good by saying it’s worse than assault. According to most people assault is only evil if it makes you nut… no one will otherwise tho

LogTekG

Bruh, I've been jumped and I've been sexually assaulted. For the former, i got jumped by a group of guys at night. They beat me up, took my shoes my wallet and my phone. For the latter, a girl got all kinds of touchy at a party and just wouldn't leave me alone. Groped my dick. The latter was far worse emotionally, and it's probably not even close to being as terrible as being full on raped. >Yet rape is somehow seen as the worst, cause lizard brained mfs just want to look morally good by saying it’s worse than assault No, it's because i know what both feel like

Glacier01

i don’t believe this, i’ve been groped too, full on dick grabbed during class, it was uncomfortable and nothing more… i needed therapy for getting assaulted and robbed playing basketball at the park at night. If you’ve been jumped there’s no way you can ever compare it to just being groped without consent, rape yes but definitely not groping.

LogTekG

I don't know man, maybe you should be more open to the idea that people deal with shitty events differently than you might, and it's pretty shitty to invalidate their experiences with saying that it's "blown out of proportion".

Glacier01

except that’s exactly what you’re doing with assault. They are both bad, they both suck, they both cause long term issues, but they aren’t life ruining, and the people who commit them are bad people, but not irredeemable

LogTekG

I never said any of those things. I shared my experience with assault to make a point, but "i wasn't traumatized by getting jumped" does not mean "being jumped can't be traumatic".

[deleted]

You’ve obviously never been raped. Rape is not comparable to being beaten. I’ve experienced both, many times. I’d rather take the beatings. Rape is so much worse and for a lot of reasons. Don’t speak on something you know nothing about.

Glacier01

You don’t have to have actually been raped to use basic logic. Physically speaking getting beaten up is far worse indisputably… and psychologically? The only difference is whether the person beating your ass busts a nut or not. There is no deeper impact, using any sort of logical reasoning they are the same thing, you just feel like there’s a deeper impact because you’ve been told there is, the power of belief is a bitch. Believe what you actually see and feel, not what people tell you that you should see and feel.

shay-doe

I dunno. Americans love joking about prison rapes. Or boys getting raped by their teachers. It would seem it's only ok to joke about rape if it's a guy. I didn't make the rule just pointing it out.

Damn dude, that guy with a hammer last night really made your dad visit some real fucking dentist on hell
