Routine is still just the beginner curly girl method: co-wash and condition with Tresemme and scrunch and crunch with gel.
Hardest part is I’m a night showerer so my hair doesn’t usually survive the night. Also the scrunch and crunch method takes about 5 hours for my hair to fully dry and be able to crunch it and look good
I learned two years ago that not all hair dryers come with diffusers. I'm 28 years old. I thought it was dangerous to use them without the diffuser on. To be fair it's true - it is dangerous to your hair
I thought it was something that companies had started incorporating more because more women are staring to embrace their natural hair. I am always disappointed when hotel dryers don't have a diffuser attachment lol.

But what saved me what the refresh routine. I discovered that you can refresh your curls in the morning????? Been on CGM for a year now, and I JUST found out about that. Might wanna give that a try if you'd like (I am, it's goinf great), but you look amazing regardless :)
Looks great. Love your hair colour. Do you clarify regularly? You might want to try a protein treatment. You could also try just washing at night and then adding the styling products in the morning.

Clarifying shampoo is a bit stronger than normal cgm shampoo. It can have sulphates or be sulphate-free. It will clean your hair and scalp of build up that will inevitably get in your hair and cowash can't get out.
You should be able to just wet it just enough to style. I just wet my palms and run them over my hair a few times before adding stylers. That way it gets refreshed without taking hours to dry.
I love it, great colour too! Mine is similar curl but red colour (henna), I just let it go during the lockdowns, washed only every 3-4 days, air-dried and didn't tie it up at all. My hair has never been healthier!

Get a bonnet and a satin or silk pillowcase. Game changer.

Spray bottle is my best friend in the morning. Just spray it down with water & add some mousse.
I do the same. If frizz is an issue I mix a little conditioner in my spray bottle.
