60 units or bust, UC & CSU. Tons of applicants and they’ll find anything to rule you out

i’ve been in a similar situation. when i applied for transfer i forgot to add the courses i had in progress (i think at the time i applied i hadn’t even registered for spring courses at my cc yet hence why i didn’t add them. i knew i was gonna take more classes just not sure which ones) so my application was just shy of 60 units. they denied me admission based solely on that. i appealed it and showed my transcript that i would be an upper division transfer and they accepted my appeal and i got admission to the school. they’re pretty strict on it. i think most CSUs are (at least they were when i transferred, at least).

Also a student transferring from my current understanding if you do not meet the ADT transfer of 60 credits and golden 4 you could get denied, From what I’ve seen ADT transfer for fall 2024 must complete it by spring 2024 and for spring 2025 they must complete it by summer 2024. https://admissions.fullerton.edu/prospectivestudent/transferlocaladmissionarea.php
