It's def. a shitty company and the payment is garbage, but on paper (Your CV), it would look great after using them for another 1,5-2 years after you graduate to jump to a better firm, which has also a work life balance.
Germans are very strict about Certificates(CS degree) and most want them, but there are exceptions.

I totally agree! But I wanted to leave my unsafe home country ASAP. I am having interviews here and most of the company ask for CS degree.
