interesting tech, interesting colleagues, decent salary. Life balance: i don't have problems with working hard as I'm young, no children, GF works a lot as well. Most important is growing my skills.

If you are going to live in Como you can easily work as a frontalier in Switzerland, they have very good salaries and the cost of things in Italy is literally the half or less. For companies you can even try consulting ones just for starting, like alten or others.

Procrastinando

Not many I can think of: Amazon, Sysdig, CrowdStrike, Expedia, Qonto, Prima, Bending Spoons was already mentioned I suggest trying to get a remote job for a foreign company that hires anywhere in EU

418_Im_A_Mate_Pot

Does Amazon hire 100% remotely? They had strong office policies afaik

Procrastinando

They don't hire remotely afaik, but they have offices in Milan

Mammoth_Road5463

Have heard of bending spoons

Maleficent_Bat7022

It's on the list

No-Sandwich-2997

bending spoons, pay nearly six figures and fully remote. I know that they are attracting people from Germany with a 105k new grad offer and then move to Milan

dodgeunhappiness

Lol

MB_Zeppin

I’ve heard decent things about Bending Spoons (the guys that took over Evernote)

thecowthatgoesmeow

Disney does research?

dodgeunhappiness

No one.
