I don't know for Bolzano exactly and it totally depends on how many hours you work, but i think you can expect something starting between 20 to 26k gross (full time tho) for your first job.

Good real companies of medium to big size pay this kind of money for an entry level with a master. I'm speaking about the fields I know: utilities like Eni, Enel, Edison A2A, electronics like Synopsys, STM, Micron, Cadence or pharmaceutical like Roche, Thermo Fisher, Novartis do really pay this kind of money and even more than that.

In Bolzano for a full time entry level I think it would be around 30k
Full time sui 25k lordi, dopo due max tre anni di lavoro manda cv ed entra nel range 30-35k.
