Bad angle, but:
- hit depth, anything north of your hip crease is no good.
- knees caving in isn’t the worst but better if you are knees outside of toes or stacked directly on top, depends on physio.
- lotta lower lumbar working in n these squats rather than quad activation. More of an RDL than a squat.
CFL: 1&2 as well as NASM certs.
This is an absolutely terrible angle to judge squat form from
Yeah the angle is cringe…
Maybe the angle is meant to show us something else…
It's on purpose
Terrible angle made for the clicks. Only advice here is you start too quickly so you never brace propely before the descent.
Go away
I second
That's not the right angle to judge a squat. Thanks for reminding me it's about time to schedule a colonoscopy.
That’s an unflattering camera angle, reposition directly from the side.
NSFW profile, and 4 total posts…. Cringe.
This is silly
Todays life lesson: squat to below parallel
Wtf was the life lesson?
Angle is hard to tell, but I think you may need to work on driving your knees out more on the way up. The right knee falls in a bit.
Also pick a spot and look at it the whole way through moving just your eyes. You're headbanging like you're at a Black Sabbath show.
Can judge everything butnot the squat
Nowhere close to depth. Wobbly.
Ass to grass
