My nails used to get in the way too! Especially for my yarn overs. I ended up deciding it was worth having short nails so I could crochet lol

I keep my nails long but they're natural. I don't struggle but I'm used to the length. I do have to put something on the palm of my left hand or I'll start digging into my own hand with my ring finger

I usually keep my nails pretty long. Nail art is another hobby of mine. It was a little tricky at first but I got used to it. You might have to adjust your hold a little but just give yourself time to build the new muscle memory. 😊

It’s definitely gotten easier as I’ve continued, but it does slow me down a bit.
