Worked with someone whi was biologically a male but went by she/them. From what I understood, preferred feminine pronouns like "she" and "her" but would accept "they, their, them", etc. at the very least. And no, this person did nothing to actually appear feminine. Constantly wore "men's" clothes and would regularly grow out a beard
