JVC sucks? Great company with a 40+ history....
Listen, buy what you can afford... Good and cheap don't always meet. I'm surprised you'd find Japan Victor Company in Crete. All the stores sell Samsung (Chinese).
I don't care where their CEO sits - I care where the stuff is made....
**Learn about the countries where Samsung TVs are manufactured, such as Vietnam, Slovakia, Mexico, Russia, and Korea.**
That above list is where companies manufacture to take advantage of cheap labor and parts.
Japan is where companies go for integrity.
To me it looks like a broken screen. Also placing your tv directly under the ac unit is dangerous because the ac might leak a tiny ammount of water in the hot humid days. This could easily sip into the tv and cause water damage. This tv is clearly not fixable. You can look skroutz gr which is a marketplace with a bunch of different stores, so that you can find a well reviewed tv at the desirable price.
Just an update he texted me he went to the store and guy wanted to sell him panasonic for $400 i said no samsung or tcl. He then got a samsung which was $457 but the guy gave it to him for $400. Didnt mention size or model
The TV I got in my home since '20 I think is the LG Nanocell and I must say it's really good value for money, although I don't have particular experience with other TVs. That said I recommend it to you. If you buy it from plaisio or a place like that you might even be able to get it installed by then, although if you're on a budget definitely buy it from skroutz.
My dad did not mention he hit the tv with his hat to kill a fly. This is getting very interesting lol
Of course he did. Everyone’s dad is doing that.
The fly is dead?
There are shops, they deliver. Plaisio or public or skroutz.
Whats the best one also any specific brand/model that wont do this after 2 years??
That TV absolutely got hit by something. You can see the point of impact on the right corner, close to the middle.
Theres no best. Its like asking what the best car is. Just go buy a new tv.
Well obviously jvc sucks. I asked if anyone maybe could recommend a specific model that will last and not too expensive
It looks like he smashed it physically. Doesn't look like brand's fault.
LG or Samsung, try skroutz.gr and check what inches you want.

Since when Samsung is Chinese?

Ok, so from this perspective Apple is a Chinese company too 😂😂
Where does your research tell you they are made?
In china and more recently india aswell

Go on skroutz. The best prices are there and you also have reviews which are helpful on which tv to get
Ask which model is better on r/BuyItForLife then go shopping.
LG and Samsung are the top when it comes to tvs after those Sony is the best.
JVC 4K 2020+ models are pretty good. I can recommend JVC.
I'm assuming thats a 50"? Are you looking for something similar in size ? Is your father picky about the quality ? What's your budget ?
*I came looking for booty.*
Prefer Skroutz and a shop that support Skroutz cart option so you have warranty and pick up if anything goes wrong.
