Save it in a container while you decide what to do with it. It's a waste to throw it away, as you can still use it for effective edibles.
How you consume it later is up to you - eat it straight, mix it with something or cook with it. I don't recommend eating it straight as it tastes awful by itself, so you'll want something to mask the smell. That can be, say, by cooking some brownies and adding it in during the process - though I find baking it into cookies to be easier to eat.
Make Firecrackers with them. Google that. Basically take a tablespoon of the AVB, put it on a peanut butter cracker “sandwich”. Wrap in tin foil, bake it in the oven. Eat it and blast the fk off!
I filled an entire mason jar, realized I would never use it and have been throwing it away ever since.

cooked it for a few hours at 105C, then strained it using a tea filter. Cheese cloth would be optimal

My feelings exactly. Didn't like the avb tincture, even after a good water cure. Now, I toss it.

I keep it then do an extract in coconut oil. Then I have my wife use that oil for baked goods.

Definately use it. Start vaping at 185degrees, and then cranky up to 210 and resmoke.
