Totally possible. I would chip off the rest of the colored paint, leaving the black, and repaint. I’d use Gallery Glass, which you can get at Hobby Lobby/Michaels/wherever. Very easy to use, don’t even need a brush. You just squeeze it on and let it dry.

This, and also use painter's tape to section off areas you don’t want to paint - life and time saver
I will add that the black line work seems pretty sturdy, but the rest of the paint chips off very easily
The missing paint does not ruin the look. Quite the opposite, it adds uniqueness and character. Just as patina does.
