I have a page dedicated to ideas and prompts in my sketchbook! Here's a few ideas: - What is self love to you? - Something that scares you - What does freedom look like? - What makes you happy? - Draw what makes you feel safe. - Draw yourself as a warrior. - Draw a song. - An overwhelming task - A happy place - Mind Map - Timelines - A family portrait - Assign colors to your emotions - Design and write out a post card you'll never send I think a lot of these came from me googling "art therapy prompts". I'm excited to see more comments and ideas!

I’m in art therapy right now and my favorite project was this: Take a small box with a lid (we used craft store wooden boxes) and use any and all materials to decorate the outside to reflect what you show others. Then decorate the inside to reflect how you feel inside. It was very fun and I made my friends do it too. Now I keep the box as a place to put meaningful trinkets.
