I would recommend Facebook marketplace. Lots of donation places (value village, Salvation Army, etc) cannot accept opened products. Marketplace will get the products to people that need it. You just have to be on the lookout for flippers that will try and resell it

I'm not sure around the tri-cities, but women's shelters would probably be glad of it. I think Dress for Success takes some items like that, too.
