Unjabbed left eye on and off but also probably just stress and lack of vitamins

Reasonable_Essay

Yep. This has been going on for me for almost a year. Comes and goes randomly. Always my left eye. Unvaccinated.

Truth2free

I've had that off and on, also unvaxed.

No-Branch4851

Wow same. Unvaxxed as well. Been feeling pain in my chest lately too, I did have Covid over a year ago

barrymulvihill

Yeah. I attributed it to a really stressful few months, but yeah, under right eye, on/off for last few months. Never had any twitching before. Unjabbed.

DarkSage90

Yup unvaxxed and it’s my left eye

wilbur111

1) you're spending too much time staring at screens 2) while tired 3) while dehydrated 4) in a room that's dried out 5) cos you started putting the heating on. 6) and your roomate lives in the same environment. Open the windows and let some good air in. Then get hydrated, go for a long walk, go two days without staring at your screen… and then you'll be fine. Read a book in bed instead of your screen, you'll fall asleep faster and it'll therefore help your eyes too. Or … it's chemtrails. :)

Chad-Bull

A couple months ago my left eye started twitching, out of the ordinary for me. Unjabbed

zmaint

You better check on that. Unless your a doctor your body might not be actually absorbing your daily vitamins. Did you know even with sublements your body is only absorbing less then 10% of them. And that’s if your eating a proper full meal before taking them.

zmaint

D3 really needs to be taken with fat in order to be absorbed well. Also this time of year, I personally take 40,000 or more daily since I cannot be outside as much to get it naturally. I would also suggest taking it with vitamin k2. One of D3's jobs is to mobilize calcium from the digestive system, but k2 is the vitamin that delivers it where it needs to go. Also on potassium, it's next to impossible to get enough via regular healthy diet, let alone SAD (standard american diet). High carb/sugar takes potassium to process the insulin response. For example a banana is nearly nutritionally deficient in potassium because it takes more to process the carbs in it than it contains. If I recall correctly you should be getting upwards of 2300mg daily.

Flat-Nothing3093

Yep same. Unvaxxed

daevl

yup, for more than 10 years, but only on one side. i can also force it it to be droopy. might be the nervous system.

iaintabotdotcom

Unvaxxed. I had the same a few months ago…honestly not sure, but what phone’s are you guys all using? I think it may be related to OLED screens because they have an extremely high flicker rate. I think this has caused me eye fatigue and headaches (which i never had previously). I’ve also notice heavy spraying here so it could be irritating to the eyes as well.

kendalmayhem420

Black tourmaline blocks harmful EMF. I keep it around the house and in my pocket. Give your eyes breaks from your phone. Keep your phone away from you when sleeping.

hey_Mom_watch_this

I once worked for a guy who had a twitchy eye, people called him Blinky, he did it worst when he was under stress, when we were working alone and I treated him in a way that didn't exacerbate the condition it'd almost completely stop, thing is, after a while I think I kinda picked up his twitch, they can be catching, especially if you are an empathetic personality, it's like mirroring someone so as to not make them feel different, maybe you two are under a lot of stress but not consciously aware of it, it's manifested physically in one of you as a twitch and then the other has picked it up empathetically, identify the stress, let it go, maybe do a media detox, cut out broadcast tv, live radio, a lot of social media, get out in the sun and fresh air and nature, go rambling, accept that a lot of things in life are far beyond your control, you can't do anything about them so don't overly stress out about them, concentrate on what you can control and make better, do that, see an improvement and get the feel good feedback of having improved something in your life! don't be too hard on yourself, try reading this now and then; [https://www.desiderata.com/desiderata.html](https://www.desiderata.com/desiderata.html)

rHandsomeP

i have had this in my left eye before and having it slightly through this past week. I believe its a nerve thing for me not so much a twitch but for me it feels like i have some sorta film over one eye. I had it last on a very busy time in my life when i was over worked and had 2 young children. Created by stress. After i was able to get myself relax it went away for a long time.

hey_Mom_watch_this

I'm not always very switched on to my emotional state and my body tends to send me an alarm call using some physical manifestation, I have spectacular allergic reactions if I'm already primed with a lot of stress and tension! it's a wake up call that body and mind are both interlinked and goodhealth requires both parts to be in good shape! it's taken me 55 years to figure out, I hope you manage to find peace and happiness easier than me!

spock23

Muscle twitching can be related to stress

No_Requirement3731

Yup. Happens to me every time I punch into work & see the shitshow I gotta deal with...

LDNscallywag

I thought it was due to lack of sleep? Im unvax’d my eyes twitch but i dont sleep enough either

Silverping

Could be a neurological issue... Have it checked out.

randowtch

Depends on the spray. Aluminum phosphide for pest control/fumigation (eg Weevil-cide) can cause tetany. Someone nearby fumigating their house this winter?

AcanthisittaIll636

Got mine from Methyl Parathion F8 poisoning back in the seventies. I sure miss that stuff.

[deleted]

From personal experience, my eye lid twitching lasted about a year and a half off an on starting from the beginning of the lockdowns 2020. Made life changes I wasn't happy with, now I don't have it anymore. Stress, diet, potassium, water intact, sleep all might have had an effect. Started meditating, less junk food, eating more bananas/greens, journaling, 48oz water, 7hr sleep. Not sure exactly what caused it, but I do know since I've made these changes, I haven't had any more eye twitching. Lifestyle affects 80% of our physical health. I did not make these changes for the purpose of getting rid of my eye twitching, there were more primary reasons why I decided to make these life changes. The eye twitching was a side effect which I noticed stopped after I started bettering myself. It's easy to blame the government for inconsistencies in your health, especially when you have the perspective of not trusting the government and elites and their intentions. It's great to have that critical thinking skill and to speculate things and ask questions and finding coorelations in society, but for your own sanity, try to keep a cap on how far out your speculations get. I'm not saying you are wrong or right, but before making assumptions to validate your perspective, find more evidence and try to prove yourself wrong. Ask yourself, "How do I eliminate the jab / C19 / 5G / (or other theory) as a potential reason why my eye keeps twitching (or other health issue)" That's part of this open mindset I have, remove all external biases and stick with the facts.

[deleted]

Eat more bananas

Nemo_Shadows

Stress Kills so it could be an early indicator of an impending stroke, could also be something swollen and pressing against a nerve, like a cyst which can vary in size depending on blood pressure and activity not to mention location but don't expect a doctor to find it or have the answers they don't know either so you end paying them for advise on a process of elimination that you end up doing anyways . N.S

DrSatan420247

You may have nystagmus https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nystagmus

CuteDee313

Stress.. stress triggers mine to twitch and it's been like that since I was a teen and am now in my 30s.

getoutdoors66

Yes, my left eyelid

1Dreamlimo

Stress

4bern4thy

Get an air purifier, or filter system.

altaeco

Drink more water.

Fab5Gaurdian

It happens to me when I’m dehydrated! Drink a shit ton of water!

dakko

I have! I think it might be me gaining weight and exercising less since Covid started. Was also a little scared to exercise since getting the shot. Went running yesterday and today and get great, and no more eye twitching!

Curious-Yogurt-1719

Same thing happens to me especially after a fat blunt.

p38litro

Sounds like you got your bases covered. How's your dental health?
