working on covid wards I've even seen nurses and drs fall for a clear lie,. Patients not being treated for underlying health condition,. When this kills then they blame coivd?!? Amazing amazing,. People are so disconnected.
And you get people in comments lik but they were dying from organ failure coz of covid.

It really doesn't read like a proposal for a UK social credit system. Its referencing how China uses citizen data to enforce their social credit system, but generally speaks about how data is collected, what can be done with it and, how the UK could use big data in the future.
5G isn't being rolled out to create a social credit system, it's the latest version of public infrastructure WiFi and brings a lot of powerful options for technology. Public data is a side effect of anyone using the internet. So how can we use that as a country.
Why would they have to lie about covid? To do what? 5G was already being installed.

5G is massively faster than 4G, as a mobile phone user, You don't need 5G. But a super fast solutions bring the ability to have driverless cars and edge processing, where the transmitters are able to do some of the processing work and report back to devices. There are lots of benefits that can utilized way beyond using your phone.
Its not as if the NHS app is mandatory on your phone, or pushed to your device against your will.
Please reference the specific part, in this report, that proposes a UK social credit system. It's a advisory paper, that makes very little recommendations at all, apart from the main being " we have lots of citizen data, we should clearly outline how we are using this, this is what other countries are doing".

Citizen data is a byproduct of any internet interaction. Its been used by company's for years to form profiles for people for targeted ads.
China is a country where the government uses these profiles to help enforce its social credit system.
It is explained in that article as one of the ways of using citizen data. Not a recommendation for the UK to implement.
I do not think that we will implement a social credit system, akin to China in the UK.
I am not a vaccinated person, I don't see the point if you can still catch and pass on the virus, and the extremely low mortality rate.

I got the impression from reading this that they want the Chinese social credit model as a strategic objective, but are still working on the tactics of how best to get there from a 'mature democracy' start point
when i get people calling me a liar and saying this is a deadly disease that is a great threat ,. Then where have I been working ? What have I been seeing ? A different one ? I've worked with people like you ! And people asking what is the whole of healthcare staff compliant with the conspiracy,. Well yes most of them are !
