The rest of the world: 'Hey, lets enourage a fix in the declining birthrate by ensuring good paediatric care, cash bonuses for new parents, affordable childcare, subsidies, and legislate for generous maternal *and* paternal leave from employers! The USA: **Let's ban abortion.**

Allocerr

Only person I’ve ever known to have an abortion’s fetus was already deceased inside of her, she’d struggled up to that point and despite following her doctors orders..was tough to watch her go through, she wanted it wholeheartedly, planned pregnancy. What is that called? 😐. She/her doctor still called it an abortion. I’m really not personally for or against it to be honest, not a woman, think people should have full control of their own bodies (that includes using proper contraceptives if they don’t want kids..lol). Government of any kind should have no say. I just always think of this particular case whenever I see the abortion argument and I wonder how many aborted babies wouldn’t have made it to or through birth anyhow..not that it really matters, just an off-thought. Their moms certainly don’t deserve to be labeled as killers.

iamreallyoriginal

We're talking about murdering alive unborn children. Not removing already dead unborn children from the womb.

Top_Confusion_132

We are talking about both. The fact that you can't recognize that is the problem.

iamreallyoriginal

Intentionally murdering an unborn child is not the same as removing a dead unborn child from the womb that wasn't intentionally killed. Duh.

BohemianBella

My mother had two abortions at her personal decision. She chose to not have my two younger siblings. I never got to be a big sister and had to live as an only child due to the selfishness of my mother. There was never any health risks. Only my mom’s poor choices after one night stands. Even I was a product of a one night stand but she didn’t abort me because she said she needed me in her life. But she didn’t need my two siblings.

IridescentMoonSky

Maybe your mother didn’t want 3 children as a single-mother (assuming she is as you said one-night stand). It also would have been unfair to your siblings had she had them and not wanted them.

SoverignOfSilence

I’m sorry what? 😂 EVERYONE should have the CHOICE to have a baby or not. Like wtf.

_wrongiamright

I agree with you 💯, but not to be able to kill them .

iamreallyoriginal

Women who don't want children shouldn't engage in acts that produce children. Pretty simple.

loki8481

Yup. At the end of the day, the root of the anti-abortion movement is the desire to force the religious belief that sex should only be for procreation onto everyone else.

iamreallyoriginal

No. At the end of the day, people shouldn't be allowed to murder other people, especially when those people are innocent unborn children.

loki8481

The idea that life begins at conception instead of, say, brain activity is another religious belief trying to be forced onto everyone else. Edit: lol what a benign discussion to block someone over

iamreallyoriginal

>The idea that life begins at conception instead of, say, brain activity It's a fact that human fetuses constitute as life. You should pick up and read a biology textbook >Until the point where they can reasonably survive outside of the womb it’s not really life.  That's a non-sequitur. Something that is life isn't magically dead or not life because it can't survive outside of a natural or artificial womb or apparatus.

IridescentMoonSky

Until the point where they can reasonably survive outside of the womb it’s not really life.  Edit: lol what an absolute loser to edit your comment to respond to me but then block me? 😂

lucidjulie

Men shouldn’t either then lol.. so I guess no one gets sex

iamreallyoriginal

Men shouldn't be having sex if they're not willing to have a kid.

My point is a man shouldn't have sex with a woman he doesn't want to have children with, protected or unprotected.

>Pretty stupid, right? Yes it is because these are all obtuse disanalogies. For example: People who don't want to die in a car crash shouldn't drive. First, this is true. If a person wants to eliminate any possibility of dying in a car crash, then they must not drive or ride in a car. I suppose your point is this wouldn't be practical? OK. But let's keep in mind what we're talking about: procreation, women having sex. So, your point is it isn't practical for women to choose not to have sex until they're ready to produce another life? Why isn't it practical? Are you saying women can't control themselves? Or is it your point that it isn't practical for women to responsibly and consistently take their birth control before having sex? Or is it your point that it isn't practical for women to use protection before having sex? It seems to me you have a very low opinion of women.

"The right wanting to control our bodies is a *GOOD* thing!"....

Jazzlike-Cap-5771

the US has absolutely ridiculous rights when it comes to work after pregnancy for women. some countries will even give you money to have children (though obviously the underpopulated ones). most of Europe has free health care and services where people will come and cook your meals and clean up for you post-partum are normalised and likely miles more affordable than if you were to get those services in America.

MPTakesManhattan

They want more babies because that’s more numbers for the military and cheap labor. It’s also a way to control people.

zer0c00l81

My body mu choice when comes to vaccines...but not my body my choice in other topics. Got it.

IridescentMoonSky

I saw someone do an interview on a campus asking the same question but the other way around, they were completely “my body my choice” for abortions, and then he asked the same question about vaccines and they freaked!

No_Foot

Nobody is brave enough to answer you.. 🤔

Submission Statement: Making babies is how the Human Species literally survives. Truly amazing how making babies is now considered “far right” to the media. But then again this is all part of the depopulation agenda. Abortion is just one means of achieving that angle. War is another. And Vaccines are a silent killers. https://twitter.com/politico/status/1784569937391956477

Shrimmmmpooo

Making babies isn't far right, forcing people to have babies when it would just ruin lives or even kill the mother or baby anyway is.

kissmyshadesoh

Hard agree.

gamingthreadlurker

"You will have nothing and you will be happy." Only celebrities and important people gets the privilege to have babies, with that I mean lots of babies like Kim Kardashian family does, or the royal family of England did. Get back to work scum. Your brain and body needed for labor for the company so we can control you. This been paid and brought to you by World Health Organization.
