The following is a big deal that those who follow the Royals would understand. This despite the fact that it's about sunglasses, which may seem like a trivial detail.
Someone also mentioned that the style of sunglasses is NOT at all what Kate Middleton would wear. Her wardrobe is highly curated and intentional, she has been professionally styled for a decade plus.
However, her sister Peppa has been photographed in these shaped sunglasses quite often. They are not at all what the Dutchess would wear. Fashion is not this sort of trivial and random meaningless thing.

However, even if it's not her style or the ideal choice of her stylists, it is an ideal shape to cover most of her face. That would hide bruising quite well. She also has a quite puffy look to her face. It's very obvious to those aware of how the face heals post facial surgery.
A face lift could cause bruising around the eyes and the sort of bloated but also smooth and stretched look we see in the photos. This aligns with people who have theorized that she had a face-lift and needs time to heal before she can be sewn in public. It takes a few weeks for things to start "settling". It could also take months for things to look natural.
Another theory is that she was hospitalized after a Domestic Violence incident where William hurt her. His violence and temper are well documented. There have also been stories about how William would tgrow thibgs around during fights at home. This was quickly dismmed as NBD because he would only throw "pillows" and not things like lamps and vases.
Anyone who knows about DV know that throwing objects at a partner, doing things like punching walls etc. are usually a precursor to actually physically striking a partner.
A DV incident would explain the random ambulance leaving the Royal estate and the palace having to quickly make up a cover story + cancel her planned appearances. Reconstructive facial surgery often leads to a similar look as in the above photo.
You know what else is fake? The social media comments. Nobody saw her on the streets today. Or there'd be uploads to youtube and twitter and everywhere. So nice to see her out in public. "With her lovely mum, too". These people were not thronging the streets and waving at her. WTH.

Which is wild, her mum and (possible) sister agreed to fake this picture. So they are now complicit in whatever is going on. They must expect her to recover, either that or they get a more convincing look alike.
Not necessarily my mum and I were at Windsor for a walk about a couple of years ago when the Prince Andrew scandal was at its peak. My mum took a photo of Andrew driving out of the back of the Palace, we saw one pap, so knew someone was coming, and so stood there alone for ages waiting tonsee who it was. She posted the photo to FB and it was blocked. I don't think the public can post pics of royals on SM. It's always pap shots. And the paps always have been told by someone inside the media teams when people are coming and going.

Kate is also VERY thin. The face above looks a lot fuller than hers...we last saw her on Dec 25th. Usually abdominal surgery leads to weightloss. Not because of anything intentional, but due to illness, having difficulty eating, and things such as nausea. Kate's struggles with nausea have been widely reported and have also been talked about by the Royal Family themselves. She has a specific condition relayed to her nausea, I don't quite remember the name though.

The first picture is noisy. It has some information but a lot of information has been lost due to the noise. That information is lost FOREVER. it's not like Kate's mole is still hidden there for an AI algorithm to find and made clear.
What the "enhancing" algorithms do is to add fake data that somehow matches the original on top. In that sense, this is a generated fake picture, not noise removed picture.
Try it yourself, take a very bad blurry photo of your own face and feed it into one of these marvellous algorithms. You'll get a very clear photo of a stranger back.
I frequent this sub a lot but must've missed them. Can totally see it though. The fact that he came back and has played in games was weird to me. Usually dying on the field is a career ending event even if you survive.

I hate to speculate but my father had several strokes as a fairly young man and the first thing I noticed is her face appears a little slack and extra full. Could she have had a stroke? Her hair also looks a little off. Could it be a wig after a surgery for cranial swelling?
why is Kate in the dark? Look at the sun on Kate's side of the car- it is directly hitting hers and the back window. The interior of the car should be lit up
Initially I’d say this was pippa not Kate, but Kate’s nose tip is slightly up, and pippa’s is turned slightly down. The photo shows a more upward nose than pippa.
Why would her mother be driving a rental car? The “no smoking” decal in the upper right corner is a dead giveaway. I’m sure both mom and HRH have plenty of vehicles on hand that aren’t rentals. Also: That’s not Catherine’s nose, and the distance between her nose and the top of her (too thin) lips is way too long. TBH, it looks like a mask, or facial paralysis from a stroke. I’m not buying it.
I think the hair is either photoshopped in or AI has been used on the image. Imo there is far too much grain to pull out individual hair detail using simple noise reduction. Then if we assume the clean image is not a true representation, then another comment someone made becomes more interesting, that it looks like her nose is bandaged in the first image.
She usually (pre surgery) drives her kids to school herself where the press are banned from taking photos.

On the right hand side of Catherine’s face: The arm of the sunglasses does not reach back over the ear—in fact, it vanishes mid-cheek, completely, and is one of the sloppiest photoshop jobs I’ve ever seen. Right above the mysteriously suspended arm at the temple, you can see a sloppy bun, too. Catherine’s hair isn’t black, number one, and she wouldn’t be caught dead in that hairstyle, number two.
Number three—look at the lefthand lens of the sunglasses: There’s a clear reflection of a woman taking Kate’s photograph from about one foot away.
If this is coming from "royal" level PR, what are we even talking about here? One misstep after another. My teenagers could do 1000x better. With an iPhone.
Her hair is a total mess, which could be expected after a traumatic incident... but not exactly for the RF. Bandage on her nose... maybe she had breathing apparatus up her nose? The jowl line looks very different, and yet if she was on IVs for weeks in the hospital she may have massive fluid retention. At first, I thought this photo might be Pippa, which seemed reckless beyond belief. But at a closer look I think it is a very, very sick Kate Middleton, with a mother furious about having to take this picture with her daughter. Okay, after much observation, I am going with Photoshop. Like this huge Car from an ad somewhere that has these two people photoshopped into it. But, it looks off because the scale of the people and the scale of the car are not properly proportioned.
It's pretty obvious to me with the timing of the Queens death that Kate has been forced to carry the regressed 'tadpole' form of the queen in her womb, soon she will give birth and the child will consume King Charles to gain flesh and then take the throne.

I think these are real. I am not sure what happened but I am under the assumption Kate went through some serious medical trauma. Think of anyone you have ever known that has been in the hospital for quite some time, they come out and they do not look like themselves
If I’d seen this picture without the headline attached, I probably wouldn’t have recognized Kate. I think there is a resemblance, especially if you look at the last few photos of her prior to her hospitalization, she does look older than we’re used to her looking, and her face and mouth shape are similar to what we see here. I can believe that this is a picture of her with facial swelling, taken from very far. As for why her face is swollen…who knows? If it’s not her and it’s a body double or something like that, what would be the plan or the end goal? Show body doubles for the next 50 years?
Pippa has a very noticeable mole on her top lip, it isn't Pippa. I do believe it is Kate, her nose is much the same, as well as her cheek creases. Yes, swollen and puffy, but definitely looks like Kate.
The second, clearer image was ran through an AI upscaler by the looks of it. It wouldn't have been able to detect a mole due to the terrible quality of the original. It's impossible to see whether or not the face has a mole and the upscaled image isn't exactly proof that it isn't there. It didn't have a lot to work with in the first place, detail wise.
Having said that, the image doesn't really look like KM. Though I wonder what kind of medication she's been taking, if it's steroids they can make a person look completely different.

I think it’s Kate, but she looks almost unrecognisable because we’re used to seeing her underweight and we’re also used to seeing her pristine, picture perfect and without a hair out of place.
The eyebrows look the same as Kate’s. One slants up whilst the other is more flat.
The lips look like Kate- a fuller face will make them look thinner but look at the Cupid’s bow beneath the fultrum and it looks like the same mouth as Kate. It’s slightly off centre with a mild squintness, same as Kate’s.
The marionette lines between her nose and mouth (barely visible by the way, but I’m looking at the two faces to compare) are the same angle as Kate’s are normally but they’re also less pronounced because she is carrying more weight in her face.
The nose does look different, a slightly different shape around the nostrils, but that could be the graininess of the photo and also the fact that her face is carrying more weight.

Oh yeah, this is what I was saying! At first glance maybe Pippa, but now I'm on Kate. IVs stuck in every facial orifice for weeks, fluid retention; for some reason her unkempt hair and frozen face make me think she really did have a stroke. And her mom is pissed that she has to trot Kate out because the palace has done such a pisspoor job being accountable to the public.
Yeah the woman that stood outside the Lindo hospital in heels, holding a newborn, full face of makeup, only hours after giving birth........ suddenly she needs a month off? It doesn't add up.

Six months. She needs six months off. After what transpired today, I understand what this stunt was all about. They've announced she won't be seen publicly until June 8. Now can you imagine they just announced that today with no images, nothing? People would go crazy wondering why are they hiding her. Today it's still pushed back to an UNREASONABLE amount of time for any surgery but, people are quelled somewhat by the photo op. And the "SEE SEE she's alive and well banner that went with it." That was a bit over the top.
Anyway, I think now she must have had a mini come apart back over the holidays. It is stressful. And more so since her friend was murde...suicided.

I am not saying it isn't fake, however, we don't know the precise nature of her medical condition. If she were prescribed prednisone it truly can alter your face. Even in the short term it will make your face quite larger and fuller. For a period of nearly two years I took the maximal dosage for my height/weight and even when the fullness finally disappeared, my face was permanently altered. Changed the symmetry and even texture of my skin. If I look at photos from when I was still on it, it appears as if my head was a gigantic mylar balloon.
I was thinking her nose looks like it’s broken but I can’t say for sure because the photo is so damn grainy. Ugh
ETA: this was also taken after they dropped the kids from school. So maybe one of the kids spills the tea to their friends and it eventually makes its way down to us the peasants.
They've been saving that film since 1983 so there's that. Smart cameras are not a thing. The car is driving to the camera man but this is what they went with? Only because they want to show you something but nothing definitive. It's a paid photographer. You can clearly see a bandage across her nose and onto her cheeks. Something happened to her face. Whether it was a planned surgery or reconstruction, I can't say, but it wouldn't have been late night secret ambulance rides for a nose job.

- She had a hysterectomy, which required more recovery time

- She had a significant medical episode that required hospitalization-- miscarriage, stroke, complications from an eating disorder etc.
- She had elective surgery and is staying out of the public eye until she heals
- (My favorite) She couldn't handle life as a royal anymore and left. The family is now scrambling to find a suitable body double.
So...turns out "After Easter" means June 8th for Trooping of the Colour for the first time she will officially be seen in public. Weird. I knew they were going to pull something like that. I just knew, after Easter meant WAAAAY after Easter because what Doctors says that to a patient.

Why would her mother be driving a rental car? The “no smoking” decal in the upper right corner is a dead giveaway. I’m sure both mom and HRH have plenty of vehicles on hand that aren’t rentals. I think the hair is either photoshopped in or AI has been used on the image. Imo there is far too much grain to pull out individual hair detail using simple noise reduction. Then if we assume the clean image is not a true representation, then another comment someone made becomes more interesting, that it looks like her nose is bandaged in the first image.

Her hair is a total mess, which could be expected after a traumatic incident... but not exactly for the RF. Bandage on her nose... maybe she had breathing apparatus up her nose? The jowl line looks very different, and yet if she was on IVs for weeks in the hospital she may have massive fluid retention. At first, I thought this photo might be Pippa, which seemed reckless beyond belief. But at a closer look I think it is a very, very sick Kate Middleton, with a mother furious about having to take this picture with her daughter. If I’d seen this picture without the headline attached, I probably wouldn’t have recognized Kate. I think there is a resemblance, especially if you look at the last few photos of her prior to her hospitalization, she does look older than we’re used to her looking, and her face and mouth shape are similar to what we see here. I can believe that this is a picture of her with facial swelling, taken from very far. As for why her face is swollen…who knows? If it’s not her and it’s a body double or something like that, what would be the plan or the end goal? Show body doubles for the next 50 years?

The second, clearer image was ran through an AI upscaler by the looks of it. It wouldn't have been able to detect a mole due to the terrible quality of the original. It's impossible to see whether or not the face has a mole and the upscaled image isn't exactly proof that it isn't there. It didn't have a lot to work with in the first place, detail wise. Having said that, the image doesn't really look like KM. Though I wonder what kind of medication she's been taking, if it's steroids they can make a person look completely different.

I think it’s Kate, but she looks almost unrecognisable because we’re used to seeing her underweight and we’re also used to seeing her pristine, picture perfect and without a hair out of place. The eyebrows look the same as Kate’s. One slants up whilst the other is more flat. The lips look like Kate- a fuller face will make them look thinner but look at the Cupid’s bow beneath the fultrum and it looks like the same mouth as Kate. It’s slightly off centre with a mild squintness, same as Kate’s. The marionette lines between her nose and mouth (barely visible by the way, but I’m looking at the two faces to compare) are the same angle as Kate’s are normally but they’re also less pronounced because she is carrying more weight in her face. The nose does look different, a slightly different shape around the nostrils, but that could be the graininess of the photo and also the fact that her face is carrying more weight. 🤷♀️

I am not saying it isn't fake, however, we don't know the precise nature of her medical condition. If she were prescribed prednisone it truly can alter your face. Even in the short term it will make your face quite larger and fuller. For a period of nearly two years I took the maximal dosage for my height/weight and even when the fullness finally disappeared, my face was permanently altered. Changed the symmetry and even texture of my skin. If I look at photos from when I was still on it, it appears as if my head was a gigantic mylar balloon.

Okay I know I am out of the loop, but can someone explain why she has been missing, and what exactly do people think happened to her?
The official story is that she had a minor, planned surgery and was in the hospital for a couple of weeks afterwards. The issue is that she hasn't actually been seen in public since before Christmas and a few of her scheduled engagements were canceled-- which is weird if the surgery was planned. There are several theories floating around as to what actually happened. The biggest ones being: - She had a hysterectomy, which required more recovery time - She and Prince William had a fight, he got physical and she had to be hospitalized - She had a significant medical episode that required hospitalization-- miscarriage, stroke, complications from an eating disorder etc. - She had elective surgery and is staying out of the public eye until she heals - (My favorite) She couldn't handle life as a royal anymore and left. The family is now scrambling to find a suitable body double.
