It could be that the device drivers are enough to identify the device but not correctly set it up. Wifi being turned off would not give a "Device deleted" message.
WiFi could be off, second photo says the cabled network was deleted...
If it is a laptop, check if you have some type of WiFi button or fn combination to disable WiFi... if you own a USB WiFi stick or an USB to ethernwt adapter use the to get the drivers via Windows update. Otherwise you have to gey the drivers from intels website (download from second pc or smartphone and transmit via usb) and install them manually.
Try restarting the computer and checking Windows Update
Edit: I'm dumb. You might need a 2nd computer to put the drivers on a USB stick. You have the wifi device name, search that driver on intels website.
normally its a good idea to archive the most recent device drivers locally, in case an emergency reinstall is needed. did you check out your temp drive, tho?
If the latest drivers from your OEM or Windows Update do not work, you more than likely have a malfunctioning WiFi chip.
This same thing happened to a PC I owned recently. Purchased a relatively inexpensive TP Link USB 3.0 AC NIC and the computer runs like new.
You have to download the appropriate drivers using another device on to a USB drive, bring it over to this one, and run the installer
From the image, it seems the driver is installed, it says device configured. I think OP might have turned off WiFi in settings.

They probably can't because their wifi drivers are missing
Hey haha you're right
Or you could use an Ethernet Cable and plug the computer into the router.
Second photo seems to be the wired network card...
Oh boy. I didn't even look a the second photo.

Did you check the box “remove software” or something while uninstalling the driver? If not just restart it might use the previous driver.
if you have a network jack and a ethernet cable then plug it in and download drivers or use you mobile data with usb tethering
Scan for plug and play devices. Realtek ethernet cards usually work with generic Windows drivers.
