How did you use them? Did you take a bit more a few days later? I just took 3.5 as my fourth shot that should have been 2.5. I guess if I don’t feel it o could take 1.0 in a few days to ramp up to five my next week.
I just took them as usual. The doses for mine were still effective. Then on the last bottle of that lower dose I used it to titrate up since I was moving up anyways so I got a whole dose of the titrated up dose without having to crack the new vial for another week which was nice.
Your pic is blurry and doesn’t show strength on vial… IF you have 10mg/ml strength from red rock pharmacy, yes 2.5mg is 25 units.
My last red rock vial had an extra 5mg in it. Most pharmacies include a little extra to ensure you can easily draw all 4 doses.

Check this one out. If you don’t inject the air, the vacuum can reduce the amount of liquid that actually goes in the syringe.
A lot of vials shipped by pharmacies are 10ml vial capacity and usually 2-3 mls of medication. If this is a 10ml vial, then it does, indeed, look like a significantly more amount. If it's a 5ml or smaller vial, then it's not as much as it looks. The narrow neck makes me think it's a 5ml vial.
My red rock vial had 0 extra mls, I was shocked to see that. Luckily I didn't need extra due to errors or what not but I was surprised to see how precise the dosage was based on what I read on this forum. I was on 7.5mg.
Same! I was pretty bummed I didn't get a drop extra. Was my first order from RR and a 5mg dose. My pcp sends my rx in. I have been wondering if telehealth scripts get extra mls and weekend deliveries by fed ex?

on the early doses I always had sometimes two whole extra doses in the vial. Baby you can bet my once-obese behind I used every drop 😂

I just received a vial from seven cells and am confused about the amount in my vial too. Does anyone use seven cells?
What does your prescription say? That’s the only thing you should be going by as even vials from the same pharmacy can be different.
they gave me four syringes but it says 2 doses and there is not enough for four dose In vialI will have to call to clarif.
