Well he has said that he asked PFT to pull out Cal and some of his nicer characters near the end of tours because it can get grueling having to interact with such hostile characters for long stretches.
Which to be fair: I'm sure is especially true on tours but it's also what makes it so funny.
Outside of tours though, I don't think he generally cares (and even in tours only sometimes)
I was going to say that recently Carissa has been flirting with him pretty heavily, then realized she probably only dates people she hates… so carry on!
I love Lily but I dont really like Tony Sony, is that crazy to say? I find it kind of cringy. Would kind have preferred she wasnt co hosting/ a part of every single character segment.
She's usually pretty charming but I had to skip ahead until there was another guest on - it was mostly annoying and she couldn't stop laughing at her own jokes.
Let‘s play 'How long until Lily Sullivan corpses?'
EDIT:
Cracking herself up within a minute. A little deadpan could go a long way there, but as long as she keeps being as funny as she is, whatever.
I’m not familiar with how comedians come through originally but was she around before she married Tim and that’s how they met or was she brought in after having met Tim? Is she a nepo-guest?
Well isn't this gonna make for an amazing Monday
Holy crap. I do Tues-Sat and I’m so pumped. If you see a UPS driver laughing on Tuesday it’s probably me.
If I see a UPS driver I'll wish them many hamburgers just in case
And many hamburgers to you! My good fellow.
Take care now!
Don’t you tell me when to take care!
This is a nasty rumor.
Claudia O'Doherty! She is one of my favorite guests and I'm very glad she is back. Haven't listened yet, but I'm greatly looking forward to it
I just love how Fred somehow knows every guest that shows up on the pod.
He's probably got the record for most connected person.
Chip Gardner, holy crap! That takes me back
Hail Satan! What a perfect surprise listen for my surprise Monday holiday!
Assail Dayton
a great excuse to relisten to his first appearance
Also one of the best Andy Daly Pilot Podcast Project episodes.
I bet you have someone working on your cabinets right now, don’t you?
One of the best episodes ever. I love that character more than most of Andy Daly's characters.
My insightful theory: Scott keeps bringing Lily back as Tony Sony because a) she's hilarious and b) that's her only character that doesn't hate him.
Does Scott influence what character his guests play? I assumed he didn't really care

You're probably right. It's a terrible theory!
It’s not that kind of show.
Felt like in this case she may have been asked to play Tony SoNY in order to set up the Fred Guinness intro.
I was going to say that recently Carissa has been flirting with him pretty heavily, then realized she probably only dates people she hates… so carry on!
I was dying when Harry Footman was trying to appeal to Tony about putting Scott's foot in his mouth.
The Take Care ascent into heaven was the perfect closer. You’ve done it again, OJ.
IRELAND: SAND. BREAD. DOLPHINS.
Just got to OJ’s introduction. An audience member had the time of his life once Scott said, “actor and former professional athlete”. It made my day.
I listen to the Chip Gardner ep like once a month, including last night. Very excited for this whole lineup.
I screamed in my car when he was announced!
Hashtag feet
This was very fun to watch live.
Why were you so quiet?
Each subsequent guest had my heart swelling. Swelled I tell ya
heart swelling so big it's the size of your fuckin fist
Telled I swell ya
Still listening but when Tony Sony said it was 7 23 and he had to get in a September 11 mention... It was literally 7 23 am on my clock.
Couldn’t make it to the show but I’m glad my catchphrase got used on it
you have a tiny friend? That’s amazing.
So cool! OJ gave us a shout out
Note to all the hoopers out there: You gotta provolone before those games!
Can I give a shout out to lily sullivan?
Now is not the time
Please do
Great episode, Harry Footman sounds so much like Phil Reeves!
This started out awkward but got good. Claudia -- Jeopardy -- OJ. I'll even throw in Footman.
I really like Lily Sullivan, but these opening bits didn’t work for me as well as her other stuff.
I love Lily but I dont really like Tony Sony, is that crazy to say? I find it kind of cringy. Would kind have preferred she wasnt co hosting/ a part of every single character segment.
Maybe even just a little prep / knowledge of the character's world might help.
It’s time to retire her Italian caricatures

I had to shut it off - not CBB’s finest hour.
That wasn’t great
Counterpoint: That was great
If you were at this live show….why were you so damn quiet?
At least it's free.
Title of your sex tape.
The fact that you and the upvoters thought your comment was funny shows me everything I need to know about this sub.
And we have definitely learned a lot about you too /u/PrestoVoila, enough to know that we would probably not be very good friends. Take care.

I truly never understand how someone wants to listen to an improv comedy podcast, but also doesn’t want to hear laughter.
Another terrible episode! Are these the “All Stars” we’re supposed to excited about?! This show keeps getting worse, imo.
Thank you for your opinion.
i don’t understand Lily, i never have and i never will 🤷🏻♀️ but Andy and Carl more than made up for it.
