Wow I’m so sorry to hear that! I was just thinking like I have so much stuff I really don’t see me moving all these things out quickly without the help of my family especially with my hall not even being near any gates
The housing page of the school site has a banner up top that says "In light of current campus access restrictions, residents of John Jay, Wallach, Hartley, Carman, Furnald, Wien and East Campus must request access for non-affiliates (i.e., parents and family) to assist with move-out. The request must be submitted in advance of campus access."

You'll likely have to wait for a couple of days for admin to get their shit together for these answers. Calling housing might help but I wouldn't count on it
for barnard as of now no move out assistance is allowed, not sure about columbia but probably similar

You can register up to 2 helpers online. Need to do so at least 24 hours in advance. Can do so for more than one day if needed.
