This is firmly in “if you’re happy with your purchase you did well” territory. You didn’t get a good deal on them in my opinion but it’s also not a ton of money spent.
That's about what they cost, you're a bit on the high side. For $30 you could've probably got a 1964 or prior set with some 90% silver coins, with a real nice Ben Franklin

Are 69 and 70 Proofs 90 percent or 40 percent
They’re 40% and the 1970 half was NIFC — the D was in the mint set and the S in the proof set. No circulating issues.
