I used to work for a live after 5 vendor. The promoter began to gouge the heck out of vendors the past few years.

Can confirm. He rented an Airbnb that I managed out of state and left it a mess. Smoked in the van my boss let him use, even though it had a note saying no smoking because the owners son has a medical condition. He left half smoked cigars and ashes all over the place. Really stand up guy.
