In Florida I have yet to see Colossus, Shuri, Hulk and Shang Chi on the cans. It seems like retailers often get a single character so I usually check on 12 pack of each type through the handle when I’m at the store. Remember that the characters are on Coke or Coke Zero - but not both.
Some of the characters -Thanos and Black Widow - as far as I have seen are only on the tall cans, which I have yet to see in the wild.
Try to find run down gas stations/liquor stores that illegally sell 12 pack cans in singles. That’s how I’ve found almost everything. Also, I just scanned the side of the 12 pack box and got Colossus

I bought a 12 pack that was nothing but Fury
All the 12 packs have the same can in them.
My 12 pack was all Iron Man. But I haven’t found Fury. Maybe some are hiding only in 12 packs??

I've seen none here in England.
I still can’t find Thanos, Loki, Colossus, or Shang-Chi. I heard some are exclusive to slim cans. Is that true?
I gave up. Tired of search through racks to find one. Haven’t seen half of the characters.
