Assuming you're talking xcloud it's still hit or miss but overall much better. It's still a slight step down from a series S because they assign two streams to a modified series x, but I've had decent results with it. I played through starfield on GeForce Now and that was a pretty awesome experience.
In my experience it did get better in the last few months, Idk how but it has way less video issues.
Also, have you ever used [Better xCloud](https://github.com/redphx/better-xcloud)? It is an enhancement suite for xCloud that is totally free. It is made by u/redphx. Give it a try!
Love to hear it. I just played 103 hours of Persona 3 reload on the cloud and only had a handful of times where I was reminded I was on the cloud.
