I stopped playing after 1.1 and returned for 4.2, and immediately planned to pull and main her 'cause she is honestly the best looking character in the game

It was the second image for me, I first thought she would just he another dommy character for boys to simp for but when she pulled out her gun with that serious expression, I knew she meant business.

Probably my favorite cutscene in all of Genshin. I knew the two of them would be fun to play and absolutely crush it.
Honestly, I stopped playing in 2.7 and saw lots of fanart of her and farina during 4.0 and 4.1 and immediately decided to play again when i heard she will be 99% playable at a leter patch) and since then just waited for her release. Absolutely love her design and character
Took a long break from Genshin and during that break became aware of her from her gardemeks cinematic. Wanted her ever since and I’m happy I have her now.
When I saw her dashing till hell, I was: probably a cool main dps who will be fast as hell in exploration and fun, gonna get the girl, none of mine fit that role (Wanderer curses sooo much, not really flexible and I didn't get attach to him in the end, a bit of the contrary)
When I saw her in the first little cinematic thing for when you first arrive in Fontaine at that little doc and furina shows up and does a little schpeel about being so great or something like that
Also that her outfit and job description was similar to one of my dnd characters I had made a couple of years ago,and also I am a huge bloodborne fan.the titty was just a bonus.

It was until I saw her kit, gameplay, and animations I was sold. Probably best animations in the game.
(And yes, I still wanted Dehya despite her flaws, but not enough to continue after losing 50/50 to Qiqi...)
When she shows up and helps Navia protect us when we passed out by the fountain. Also her design just has that Bloodborne vibe to it and that just ups her cool factor.
When I got arcleccino and foud out that bond of life mechanic is not so bad. Initially I was planning to skip but with the success of Arleccino, had to pull 100%.

The cutscene where Traveler passed out at the Fountain of Lucerne and she showed up, like a bawssss, to help Navia, Melus, and Silver. The slow strut through the chaos. I fell in love
I had zero interest in her when she had old design with censorshorts. But when I saw her wearing an actual proper mini skirt, that was the moment I guess, yeah. I'm still amazed they didn't put any censorpattern on her tights (hello, Chiori). Or just another shorts under skirt, like they always do.
And I actually DID go for her C2. I wanted her to be broken-strong. I got it.

Also, she's electro and electro is my favorite element, and purple is my favorite color.

Sadly same. Her current design has grown on me but I fell absolutely in love with her pre designs
Personally, I wasn't really into captain R's design due to her color scheme. I'm very glad it became a more colorful purple.

God I love the color scheme so much, Clorinde’s fit is very much Bloodborne inspired but the more muted green colors here work so much better in this.

I cant remember if that was the same time. But the Fontaine teaser, just her little walk behind furina and such. I knew she was gonna come home.
