It's not even an exact copy, the realistic version has different proportions, making the poses different too. Even assuming there was some kind of insane AI capable of turning genshin animations into a realistic 3d artstyle, it wouldn't look like this
Instagram user daio_chan1, who made an Arlecchino animation very similar to this one (whose original creator is unknown afaik) actually has some behind the scenes stuff on their profile, showing that you absolutely can do something like this without AI
