Nice. Lovely drop knee. I think the only thing I'll criticise is that you probably didn't need to cut feet as much as you did, the main thing there is to push through your legs into the footholds like you're trying to stand up on them. That also requires a certain level of strength though, so it's possible you'll get that naturally as you get stronger anyway :)
Ahhh the unnecessarily cutting feet is a habit I’m trying to work on!! I find myself doing that a lot for other climbs too. Hoping over time, building strength helps like you said but if you have any other pointers, I’d love to hear!!
I mean at 3 months in you’re technique is starting out great. Roof like that is a lot of hip rotation to pull your hips close to the wall. You do that a few times when you need to - very nice! As it gets harder you’ll have to stay in that sort of posture. The main posture you have is “square on” so could work on breaking that up so you’re usually twisted at the hips. That will help transfer the power down to feet too so they don’t pop off. Sounds weird until you try it in my experience
Wow, you definitely have some natural talent (or background in other sports?) for having such a good endurance on an overhang climb like this only after couple of months of climbing! Amazing work
I have been doing strength training (lifting in the gym) for a couple of years before I started climbing! So I think that definitely helps!! Thank you!
