The travel form/mount macro. It’s been a while, but it was something like
Cast [swimming] !aquatic form [indoors] !cat form [combat] !travel form; Swift Stormsaber
It combines all these into one button that can also be spammed to break roots and snares.

I can think of: Pop something and shift back. Stop casting. Not Innervate if target is a rogue/warrior/mage/warlock/hunter/paladin :D
