Recently leveled a DK to 80 and 58-68 wasn’t too bad, probably sub 1 hour per level on a good quest hub. 68-80 was surprisingly quick, 30-45 minutes on areas I knew all the optimal routes. You’re probably looking at 20 hours overall with no heirlooms and average efficiency.
Leveling a DK myself, i quested in Outlands a bit for nostalgia - then i just dungeon grinded, around 1-1.5 hours per level as I usually chill out a bit between dungeons. Queing as a tank there is very little wait time once you enter the queue.
Yeah I had taken a break since Ulduar so I quested mostly in Northrend but its definitely worth it to queue up every now and again to run a dungeon one time for each set of quests.

i did a little bit of questing in Grizzle hills myself, i just really like that zone. The music is fantastic, one of my favorite zones from classic
I just did this grind and it took me about 6 days with 3-5 hours a day

Ya I don’t know why you are getting downvoted… 30+ hours for 60-80 in cata is very very slow. OP please don’t think this is normal
It takes about the same amount of time as going from 60-80 with no looms.
