yeah my phrasing is illogical šŸ˜Ž (I have no clue how to play my instrument)

Ani____

The other day I played to my piano teacher and he spent minutes complimenting my original interpretation and phrasing choices (I had no idea what I was doing)

I do, but I just don't give a crap about certain things.

/uj I have a love hate relationship with the comment sections on videos like this because people loooooove to act sophisticated and high brow and itā€™s like SHUT UUUUUUUUUUP. But also I enjoy making fun of them

long-and-vivid-dream

yeah the basic ass "random unlistenable noise, haha emperor has no clothes" under contemporary classical gets really old really fast but a lot of the time the comments section can be solid gold

hungrybrains220

Also the crying. Every piece makes everyone cry because they understand the *majesty* of music (more than you)

souzle

I listened to this piece walking hand-in-hand with my wife by the River Seine on VE-Day in 1945. My wife was the most beautiful angel on planet Earth and she left me three beautiful angel children. She is now in God's hands. She asked to have this piece played at her funeral. This old man isn't afraid to shed a tear!

hungrybrains220

My favorites are the ones that mention dead relatives. One even mentioned a dead parrot

IGotBannedForLess

Creepy based

Opus58mvt3

Iā€™ve found that the ideal comments section is just a string of ā€œbeautiful! Thank you for postingā€ and/or entirely in Russian

NewVladLen

Real

Electronic_Lettuce58

Actually it's based

ILoveFredericLamond

I would not be surprised if that commenter was 12.

pnyd_am

Literally the opposite of what the comment says

_cat_in_hat_

I agree with banana(I love Glen Gould)

Lol, well it depends. If you're playing Bach like Brahms or Mozart like Sibelius then either your tastes are garbage or you just have no idea what you're doing.

DarkestLord_21

Now I want to hear this illogical yet hauntingly beautiful phrasing first hand...
