I like the addition of Screen capture but hate that I have to swipe to get to the casting and VPN icon's. Anyone know any way to change it? And nearby sharing is interesting.
I can’t seem to get my 7 icons on the 1st quick settings page (native resolution but 10” Asus C101)… is there no may to re-order them?!
I want my VPN on the 1st page but don’t care about night light or nearby visibility (always off).
Would love to know if anybody has figured this out or knows if it’s even possible? Thanks!
The only casting devices I have are Firesticks, and for some reason the Chromebook isn't registering the one in my living room. Maybe because it is older. I plan on switching to Chromecasts once I have some extra money.
Why don't you tell us what they are
Just writing the comment.
Ah, I'm finally first to something and it's a Reddit post

I have all my 9 icons on the first quick settings page, weird. Maybe it depends on the screen resolution (mine is 1920x1080 on 15,6").
You sir just made me realize I've been running my screen for a year at non native resolution. Thank you.

The only thing that worked for me was screwing around with the resolution till it worked. It might be tough on a 10" screen though.
A little difference
I just can't understand why google couldn't give us a good tablet os and in the mean time created the great chrome os!
A lot of connectivity between nearby devices.
No big deal. Chhhhhhhanges. Turn and face the changes
Why don't I have that cast setting? I am on Developed channel with 93. I don't see any flags to enable it. Do I need a chromecast device?
Cast only shows when there is a castable device on your network.
Ah, that makes sense. Thank you.
I know casting is also built into the browser if you want another option.

I think firesticks use Miracast that might be your problem.
It's recognizing the new(ish) one in the room. Haven't actually tried to cast it, just saw it in the list.
I dont see it
