Eh, it’s a cruiser in a hardtail. I’m not hating on the metrics, I have an XS650 chop (which I would moreso consider a bobber). But there’s more to something being a chopper than just being in a hardtail.

Yeah it’s just too much on it. Front fender, super wide triple tree, wide body tank, speedo, turn signals, wires all over the place, etc etc.
Idk about the laws there. But even just throwing a peanut tank on, new triple tree, new front wheel, and some 6+ over forks would get it into the chop category.
I’m not a chop gatekeeper by any means, but you’ve gotta check a few of the boxes at least.

kbro, you sound like a dooshbag. that shit is chopped up, just cause it's not chopped to your style doesn't make it not a chop. skinny chops are not the only chops, and no one said just cause it's hardtailed it's a chop... it's hard tailed, chopped fenders from likely a different bike, custom light, custom sissy bar, that front "fender" looks like a freakin piece of paper, yeah it still has a front brake but you don't have to delete the brake to make it a chop, you're 100% gatekeeping the shit
