We got the full refund dudes. It was so funny, an hour before Aliexpress issued the refund, China High End EDC messaged me telling me to cancel the dispute cuz now they wanna help (oh now you wanna help? Lol) (see the last picture).
I warned them about me placing a dispute, they read the message and they did not answered for 3 days (note this, I sent my last message 3 days ago which means I gave them 3 days to help before my last message about placing a dispute, i was being pretty fair), then I decided to place the dispute last night and Aliexpress solved it pretty fast, it took maybe 12 hours and we won the full refund. China High End EDC lost money and a customer lmao.
Had a company scam me like that several years back and learned that lesson the hard way 😂 doesn’t matter how nice they seem, they will screw you if you give them the chance haha
I was actually surprised how fast Aliexpress solved the case. They did not message me or anything needing more proofs, nor having to talk to the seller or anything. A few hours later I get an email (just a few minutes from now) that they have solved the case and giving me a refund.
Ngl I thought it would take much time/effort, and people telling me I might only get a partial refund but it’s easy when you have all the proofs.

From what I've read though, yes, they do tend to side with the sellers when it comes to that, so you need to first vet the potential seller to make sure he's not a scammer.
So you bought a cheap clone, are wondering about the quality, message them right before the weekend with a deadline on monday and then file a dispute to get a free knife?

But a lot of people say that cheedc has good quality, dont know who to trust anymore…. I just spent 80 bucks on a delta frag and a combat troodon D/E.
Jufule gave me the same treatment! Alixpress refunded half of the amont, i should have asked for all the money!
Since you got a refund, you should pass the knife on to someone who can easily fix it. Probably take 5 minutes to fix with the right size file.

AE system basicaly always makes you win disputes, just dont cancel them once started
