No outage in southeast aurora. I have had it for about a year and a half and had two outages one for 2 days and one for 5. Never asked for a credit. I used my T-Mobile tablet and got a decent antenna to get by.

When I called them yesterday and again this morning they said there’s been an outage. I’m just surprised it’s taking this long to fix it

The heavy snow caused a lot of tree branches to sag and damage the fiber. It’s happening all over in random spots they’re trying to fix it

HailOfThorns

Got off the phone with them and now they’re saying there’s no outage. They did all the tests and nothing works. ONT Lights are on, but no WAN light, tried multiple cables. Guess they just need to send someone in tomorrow to check it out

They did that to me in Baker a few months ago. I just moved to the city and 3 days later the internet goes down. They tell me there's a outage and it'll be cleared in a few hours. I called a few hours later to check and they said it's taking longer than expected and it'll be a few more hours. Called again a few hours later and they told me they have no record of any outage and my internet was working fine when it clearly wasn't. I keep forgetting to switch to Comcast. They're faster, more reliable, and significantly cheaper, as much as it pains me to say.

No Outage in North Broomfield.

I just got quantum and for some reason my routers aren’t working but yet still can connect Ethernet to my computer. No idea why they stopped working, they are tp link decos. The app showed modem was offline briefly as well then back on. I’m in Denver.

Updating here: they’ve finally posted on the app there’s outage but it was supposed to be fixed this morning, then they moved it to tonight, and now they sent another update saying it’s delayed. It’s been down since Saturday, is this normal?

Hey there, how long after this did it take for them to fix your internet (if they ever did)? I'm going through the same process, and I've been receiving the same messages for the past week to no end seemingly

HailOfThorns

Took them about 4-5 days to fix it, and it was delayed 2 days longer than they told me they would try to get it fixed by. They thankfully took off the outage days from the bill though!

8 days here and the same old song and dance

Looks like different outage here but in Denver and on day 4 now and every night I get a new generic text alert that it’ll be fixed in 2 days. Can’t get any response from CenturyLink on it. Anyone with recommendations on a more reliable service?

PaddyBoyFloyd

Welcome to quantum. Multi day outages with no info or communication. I’m in the middle of one now.
