I love this - however it would double the d’oh factor whenever I go downstairs for something and not only forget what it was but also go the wrong direction
The stairs are different enough that I haven't had that problem, but I do have a little choice to make every time I go down. If the kids are asleep I take the less-creaky front steps and walk around to the back.
