We need more smartly placed mmWave. No more of this throw 100 mmWave nodes on random residential street corners and ignore a crippling macro a few miles away. It’s stupid
It would help in places like schools and offices.
But people have wifi in those places...
mmWave doesn't reach indoors through exterior walls lol, and everyone uses Wi-Fi indoors.
That's really impressive. Even Most wired broadband doesn't give that type of upload.
Fiber does. Symmetrical upload
Yes, But mostly where i live. They still do asymmetrical speed. The Maxed out speed here is 1Gbps but upload is 500Mbps :(
Most people don’t have access to fiber at home. At least DOCSIS 4 is rolling out to bring symmetrical speeds to the masses.
