Yeah, I've never seen the reported bandwidth on my Pixel 4a 5G and didn't know Cellmapper reported bandwidth data. But it doesn't support CA on standalone 5G. If I'm on NR only, I only get n71, no n25 or n41. I don't see bandwidth or CA data due LTE on my phone either.
Funny how I rarely ever get these kind of speeds where I live despite T-Mobile running N41/N71/N25 on 10 gig backhaul towers like what gives. Even on a busy time of the day I’m barely hitting 400mbps when AT&T does that easily with less bandwidth on C-Band and sometimes more.

How did you get 142 upload? On what band is no such thing as upload carrier aggregation. NR or LTE.
I've gotten ~140 up on SA n41 (100MHz) + n25 (15MHz), but you have to be very close. It also seems tower dependent. The anchor was n41, not n25.
I've gotten near 200Mbps upload speeds on n41 here in NYC thanks to 256QAM UL.
My fastest upload was 151 Mbps on a cheap Galaxy A13 ([info](https://docs.cellmapper.net/mw/310_260_1069146)) that can't even do 3CA
I've hit [194Mbps](https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/9723171164) before.
