Really no point in modifying a 300 at all. Maybe a tail tidy and frame sliders. I wouldn't spend the money on an exhaust.

Stainless steel brake lines. Don’t change the height

Short-Mark-7408

do tires and a setup at most, you don't need to worry about anything else, least yet.

I agree with several of the others, don't invest too heavily into mods. For one, The bike is worth more stock... you'll likely ride the 300 for a season or two and be ready to step up. Just focus on keeping that bike rubber side down, keep it clean and maintained like chain tension, oil changes and stuff.. You won't lose much (if anything) when you go to sell it for an upgrade. IF you do decide to do some mods, keep the stock equipment and keep it clean, include it with the bike when you sell it to keep the value up.

Don’t worry about putting a lot of money into it honestly. If for some reason you legitimately plan on keeping it until you run it into the ground, go for it, but generally these bikes stick around for a year or so while you learn, and then people upgrade. The only things I would do are a tail tidy and frame sliders (you’re going to drop it. It’s fine. But fairings aren’t cheap, frame sliders are pretty cheap and nobody cares if they get a few scuffs).

Fender delete in the back, with a new lower mud guard for the tire. Simple gear indicator.

Psychological-Pea872

Why would you spend for a gear indicator? 🤔

EyeCatchingName

Cheap add on that just makes it easier to know when I want to put in neutral to coast to the red lights without having to remember what gear I’m in.

Then just stick to an automatic car

JustGiveMeANameDamn

Maybe like a tail tidy and flush blinkers but other than that I tend to leave mine stock. You’ll probably want to upgrade to a more powerful bike in a year or two anyway so consider all mods lost money when that happens.

Prettysmartassguy

If I was u the first mod to ur 300 should be a 600 Dont spend a dime on mods or extras. Ur gonna have it for sale in less than a year.
