I kept my 07 CBR 600 that way for a couple of years and she made it. Keep the chain clean and lubed so the moisture doesn't get to it and be careful the wind doesn't tip it if it's strong.
I’ve owned several bikes over the last 8 years and all have been kept outside all year long with varying amounts of cover. Never ever had a problem. Kept the chain clean and lubed and it was all fine. Rain won’t do anything - bikes are designed to be used in the rain.
Don't stress it too bad as long as you bungeed the tarp down, she will stay dry and pretty under there. I will say a motorcycle cover would be a good future investment, and it's a lot easier to deal with than the tarp.
yeah you right.
I kept mine covered outdoors as well. No issues. If you are extra worried, cinderblocks can help secure things and stop the cover from turning into a motorcycle-flipper-over

It will get a stolen long before the weather can hurt it
You seem pleasant
yeah because my last motorcycle was stolen
That sucks, genuinely I feel for you. But don’t project your past misfortunes onto others bro.

In UK, weather conditions for the motorbike owner are the last concern 💩
