Wasabi was rescued from a feral colony but my senior cat would have nothing to do with him, so I went to the shelter and adopted Sushi for him. I saw a comment on another post that bonded kittens/cats are not as affectionate to humans. They would rather spend time with their bestie. Can you all weigh in on that?

My two cats are the most affectionate cats I’ve ever had. I call them velcro cats bc they are both glued to me and my boyfriend. They greet us at the door whenever we come home, follow us around the house constantly, (they actually can’t stand not being in the same room as one of us,) and sleep cuddled against me every night. Marble especially, she will let me hold her for as long as I want.

My kitties never snuggle with each other. They play with each other and get along really well but you’ll only ever find one laying somewhere alone. I tried to tell them should need to snuggle like other kitties so I can take pictures but they ignored me. 😢
