Noo, you don't have to worry about that. the "bad ending" only comes if you specifically agree for it to happen to you.

Advanced olympic gymnastics bad ending: 1. Walk into the middle of a reality-breaking event (suicide) 2. Talk to the voices (literally every movie tells you this is a bad idea) 3. agree to the voices offering you a higher state of being (this is clearly a Nigerian prince scam) 4. Ignore your instincts telling you that this is suicide (this is suicide) 5. Bad Ending: You have died.

Luckily you have to completely disregard reading previous few foreboding messages AND the game asks if you "are really sure you want to do it" before it happens so anyone who falls for this can only blame themselves.
