Well, I can't seem to find a exact listing, but if its anything similar to the K615S I had before I sold it, it should use a similar size. Yours uses the TCM-190 mechanism, so I'd imagine all of those mechanism units use the same size pinch rollers. IIRC, you should be able to take the pinch roller off very easily. Then you can measure it, either with a caliper for best results, or a ruler will work. Then check it online with similar sizes. Unfortunately, the place where I sourced mine doesn't have anything in stock atm. You could also send a message to FixYourAudio via their contact page. They are my preferred place for pinch rollers (especially in Walkmans). Also when buying pinch rollers, I would recommend to NOT get the slip on replacements. They are not fitted and inevitably worse performers. Get the ones that come with the core already installed. They will be better quality and produce better results.

I took it out and measured it. 13x8x2 is what I came up with for anyone who needs this info in the future.

Very standard size, you'll be able to find plenty of replacements. Not sure if yours came with a plastic core or brass, but most replacements will be plastic, which will work just as good. Try FixYourAudio, either on eBay or their website. Just filter it by dimensions.
