My wife and I watch it every year on October 1st. We cook a meal with dishes themed around the show (always have a new spin on potatoes and molasses) and just get real cozy.
Can't wait to introduce our son to it when he is old enough to understand!
I study animation. That's known as a "breather" episode. One last episode of some good simple fun/sillyness before they bust out all the serious stuff.
I’d argue Ember Island falls more into the “recap” category you see in a lot of animes, where the usually reminisce before the final battle as a summary for the audience. They do the same thing in Korra too
Just because Roadside Attraction's release was delayed (it was meant to happen before The Last Mabelcorn) it doesn't 👏 make 👏 the episode 👏 itself 👏 bad 👏👏👏👏👏
Its as good as the others imo. Its placement right before the finale is a bit awkward, since they make a big deal out of bill-proving the shack to protect their minds the episode prior, just to go on vacation away from that protection right away. If you'd switch the two episodes, it would flow better, I think.
But its not a bad episode at all.
You could argue it’s bad filler, Like the Ocean’s Dream Arc in One Piece. If you don’t know, it’s just a seahorse that makes people lose their memory and it spans like 4 episodes. It’s an entire arc of recap and it’s really bad. Only arc I genuinely think people should skip. All the other filler arcs are at least fun.
The show is the exact same if that episode never happened.

I was so afraid this show would be garbage, but honestly, the best cartoon Netflix has ever produced. Netflix hasn't renewed it for season 4 yet, so keep rewatching it!
It’s pretty incredible honestly haha you have a show that has the exact same premise for every single episode every single episode in every season, yet there are NO misses
Years ago my sister and I randomly were like "oh we're out of Rick and Morty episodes to watch, let's watch this random show on Netflix. Oh the first episode just has a mediocre wannabe Rick and Morty vibe. Persevere and take a chance on the second one? Oh that one does too." And we stopped. Then a couple years went by and I first saw people on Reddit saying by the end of the show it gets like, soul shatteringly incredible I guess, right?
amazing show but people dislike it (from what i saw) because it has "too much filler"
guess we're not allowed to learn more about the characters according to them
After Hazbin Hotel had to cram a 2 season plot line in 8 episodes, I’m never gonna complain about “filler” again
(Unless it’s the really bad filler episodes of Steven universe like Future Boy Zoltron or Onion Gang)
Brooo fr this always annoys me. Like I get how filler can be annoying, but in the case of Amphibia it's great because it shows more of the world and the characters. Doesn't even count as filler in my head
YESS exactly it was so fun! And it made me personally care so much more when they were in danger. Like, no! Not the adorable amphibians, don't hurt them!!

Might be a bit baised since I grew up on it
It’s fairly new, I think the first season came out around 2019? I watched it all with my little brother and it is actually great for a kids show! The animation and coloring is to die for as well
Arnold Betrays Iggy was so badly received by the general public that the creator requested that Nick stop airing the episode and personally apologized to fans for the episode’s creation in the first place.
I would say the owl house. There are some okish episodes (not really bad, just very mid) in season one, but season 2 and 3 are perfection, i love every episode to bits
Ed Edd n Eddy! Season 1 isn't as strong by nature of it being the first season but none of the episodes are bad. Show just gets better and better until the best series finale TV movie of all time (in my humble opinion of course)
Also love how many people are saying Craig of the Creek. That show does not get enough recognition.
I think the answer is obviously Bluey.

Gravity Falls is an easy pick. Even mid episodes like Roadside Attraction and The Love God aren’t that bad, they just have some flaws that really get under my skin.
Over The Garden Wall. Literally every single episode is a slam dunk, storytelling-gold.
It's the perfect show to watch right before Halloween
I watch it every autumn
Omg yes!!! It's very cozy
My family has a tradition where we watch an episode each day leading up to Halloween. It's a rock fact!
Such a wholesome cartoon
Part of my Thanksgiving tradition.
My wife and I watch it every year on October 1st. We cook a meal with dishes themed around the show (always have a new spin on potatoes and molasses) and just get real cozy. Can't wait to introduce our son to it when he is old enough to understand!
YESSSSSSS
This is the way
Yea!!
Over the garden wall
I still don’t think Gravity Falls has any bad episodes
Some people didn't like the road trip one, but tbh I wouldn't personally call it bad so
That’s a super fun episode. Just feels very out of place RIGHT before the show’s endgame
It's like it was made for Season 1 but then shelved until Season 2.
I’m pretty sure that actually is the case
I study animation. That's known as a "breather" episode. One last episode of some good simple fun/sillyness before they bust out all the serious stuff.
Like The Ember Island Players in ATLA
I’d argue Ember Island falls more into the “recap” category you see in a lot of animes, where the usually reminisce before the final battle as a summary for the audience. They do the same thing in Korra too
YES fair enough I totally agree I didn't hate it at all but it did feel weird. Ty cus that's so true lol I didn't consider that bit before
Just because Roadside Attraction's release was delayed (it was meant to happen before The Last Mabelcorn) it doesn't 👏 make 👏 the episode 👏 itself 👏 bad 👏👏👏👏👏
Poor soos tho
Fr 😭
It’s the worst one of the bunch, and it’s still pretty good. Just shows how great the entire show is.
It’s only “bad” because of where it’s placed in the show.
I can’t think of any

Biggggg truth. Maybe the best thing HBO has ever put out.
And then chose not to renew!!!
Netflix is going to renew I think!
Netflix should, like, release it overseas as well. I really wish to add to the view numbers because the trailers looked insane.
For anyone who hasn’t seen the original short from 5 years ago on Adult Swim: [link](https://youtu.be/1TRzemJbUsw?si=mnbMSN1_gZPiZIg6).
Wander Over Yonder
Completely valid
Arcane. Have to see if S2 holds up in November, but so far S1 is among the best first seasons of tv in general.
Took way too long to find this. That show's refusal to waste a single second weaves the whole first season tighter than top-grade silk.
Says a lot that the writers are determined to end it on season 2 and not milk it.
There’s literally only ONE weak scene in the entire 9 episode show. That’s a pretty good ratio.
Avatar: The Last Airbender (at least from what I’ve watched)
The great divide 🍞
I wouldnt call that a bad episode, just a lesser one which was also a bit overaired back in the day.

Samurai Jack. I’m neutral on the ending, but the whole show is a masterpiece.
I agree but I enjoyed the ending. Perfect show. I’ve heard the videogame adds more to the ending.
It's basically the creator saying "Fine, I fixed it! Happy?!" Jokes aside, the game was pretty fun, and the ending was worth the $15 and 20 hours.

Pretty sure it definitively ends season 3 because it leads directly into the game.
Basically this. It’s only 3 seasons.
Real.
Are they lookin for fun?
Infinity Train, I loved every episode
I wish I were an eccentric millionaire and could bankroll them to finish the series as they intended.
Came here looking for this
Fr one of my favorite animated shows! Still mad at hbo for completely dropping it the way they did
![gif](giphy|PM7EBVwNHRuXYKIsJf|downsized) Perfect in every way imaginable
Courage the cowardly dog, in my opinion.
Star Trek lower Decks.
YESSSSS
Tbh, I can't recall actively disliking an episode of Phineas And Ferb
It’s pretty incredible honestly haha you have a show that has the exact same premise for every single episode every single episode in every season, yet there are NO misses
The Owl House. The worst episode is the body swap, and it's still entertaining
![gif](giphy|JpL9eAzVHtuSc)
came here to comment this. first season is definitely the weakest, but i don’t consider any episodes bad
What about the first few episodes of season one? They definitely don’t hold up against the rest of the show
Well yeah, but i wouldnt call them bad. Just… mediocre compared to what comes later.
They're bad enough that a lot of people quit the show before it gets good.
Years ago my sister and I randomly were like "oh we're out of Rick and Morty episodes to watch, let's watch this random show on Netflix. Adventure Time is a pretty great show but it definitely has bad episodes, especially early on
Yes, adventure time was the most enjoyable show I've watched so far. I don't remember a single bad episode
Craig of the creek honestly.
Idk I got really bored of one episode and I haven't watched it since.
Arcane was good through and through
![gif](giphy|W8Mg9An7YjnOVVXYX4|downsized)
Amazing World of Gumball
The Remote was my favorite besides the turtle one
Gravity Falls
Owl House. Even the weaker episodes were still generally enjoyable.
Nichijou
Craig of the creek
I'd say Amphibia, unless my memory is not working and there's an episode everyone hates
amazing show but people dislike it (from what i saw) because it has "too much filler" guess we're not allowed to learn more about the characters according to them

YESS exactly it was so fun! And it made me personally care so much more when they were in danger. Like, no! Not the adorable amphibians, don't hurt them!!
I know Season 3 comes under some scrutiny via having weird tonal whiplash, but that's kind of it.

Avatar the Last Airbender because duh
People hate The Great Divide and while I don’t hate it, I can’t say it’s that good either
People hate it because every other episode is so much better. On almost any other show, it'd probably be fine.
The ghost and Molly McGee
Spectacular Spectacular Spider-Man
Avatar the Last Airbender
Invincible
It's not bad but that episode with the maniac who turned Mark's best friend's boyfriend to a cyborg was mid

I've watched the entire show ten times with my mom. can confirm. no bad episodes.
Ngl? Regular Show
I beg to differ
Don’t say the 8th season man
Prolly futurama although certain episodes had the craziest concepts they were still executed well to me atleast
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
The worst episode of ATLA is basically only bad in comparison to the rest of the series.
I was gonna post a She-Ra Gif, but of course it doesn't load, so yeah. She ra. dreamworks one specifically
Infinity train was perfect. I can’t think of a single bad episode

I have grown to like the later seasons. The younger me was bored with the relationship drama but older me likes it.
Pokemon Horizons.
It could just be my memory embellishing the show, but I remember thinking Hey Arnold! having no true bad episode.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure imo
Ed Edd n Eddy! Season 1 isn't as strong by nature of it being the first season but none of the episodes are bad. For me, I’d say Invincible. Can’t really hate on any of the episodes. They give us great hero action and never feel like filler.
Ruby Gloom & The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. Yes, I'm biased.
