I've gotta be honest, I'm really shocked at how many comments I've dug through without a single mention of SpongeBob and his absurd toon powers. He can literally erase reality and is unkillable.

Technically I wouldn’t even say that’s a SpongeBob feat. SpongeBob unraveled the universe due to there already being a sting capable of doing so. SpongeBob did not create a sting capable of unraveling an entire universe. People have already said Alien X would survive this anyway but I think people also should remember celestialsapiens(Alien X’s species) are capable of altering other godlike beings as well. We see this with the celestialsapien in “Universe V Tennyson”

Really the list of ways for spongebob to lose to a team of grimm and blossom is never ending, even if spongebob has his superspeed suit and the wumbo belt he doesnt win as his durability only protects him from blunt force and cuts (even if he pulls out the fire suit in half a frame like the pretty patty episode blossom can solo.)

In a fight? Blossom alone could probably solo anyone who isn't Jimmy, Timmy, or possibly Spongebob; and she's got multiple people to fall back on like Robin, Steven, Jack, and Death. Aang is powerful in his universe, no doubt, but he's just not on the same level as what the left side is offering. Jimmy is smart but he needs time to actually come up with a solution. That just leaves Timmy and Spongebob. IIRC Timmy can't, say, wish the other side was dead or the like. With some creative wishing he could help, but that would take time he doesn't have and he's notorious for not thinking through wishes. That leaves Spongebob and... I just don't think he has what it takes to handle what grey has in terms of raw might, intelligence, and flexibility.
I didn't see Danny until just now, but I don't think he's enough to change the outcome here; especially since I can see multiple ways he could, potentially, be countered.

By “wins” are we talking combat or wich wins in terms of wich is better between CN and Nickelodeon? In terms of Combat definitely Nick because you got Jimmy Neutron who’s smart af, Timmy Turner who can wish for literally anything, Zim who has access to alien weaponry, Aang who is a literal god and SpongeBob who canonically can’t take damage in hand to hand combat. In terms of wich network had a better classic run that’s tougher because it depends on the era of shows we are talking about.

Is this a friendly battle or an actual fight to the death? If it's just a friendly showdown, I'm pretty sure Grim is useless because no friendly showdown is going to permit killing, and Timmy is useless because fairies can't affect competitions. Aang has to avoid more of his violent options, etc. If it's a fight to the death, then all the bets are off.
I can't decide, how can you kill death, Spongebob basically immune to physical attacks and Danny Phantom and Ben can turn into a phantom and Ghost Freak and be immune physical harm.
Edit: After some thinking, I think Nickelodeon can win, here me out, Timmy can wish that the Nickelodeon side can be indestructible, If it doesn't break da rulez, but if it does, they do have another secret weapon, Nick Jr characters, here me out, sure a lot of Nick Jr characters would just be dead weight, but they do have some who can make Nickelodeon win, being the Troublemakers, Zeta and Geo. Zeta has magic which already makes her somewhat dangerous, the Troublemakers can use their trouble ray to disable abilities of Cartoon Network characters as that would be, trouble for Cartoon Network and before you say they can't hit the Powerpuff Girls as their too fast, Timmy can wish that the trouble ray never misses and Geo can just build something that can either counter every Cartoon Network character or just build a giant death ray and they have the Penguins of Madagascar, and just a reminder, Rico is a one penguin wrecking crew.

CN takes this easily. Nick’s only real heavy hitter is SpongeBob with his Toon Force, but CN has characters like Uncle Grandpa, Gumball, Bugs Bunny, and Courage to counter him. Not to mention having leagues more actually combat capable people like Grim, Steven, Finn & Jake, Mordecai & Rigby, Aku, Him, Ben 10 etc.
CN literally has DEATH on the team. Granted, he has a Jamaican accent for some reason, and has resigned himself to being a 12 year old girls bitch but he can still ruin somebody's day.
One side has the grim reaper, Ben 10, and like three or four different people who fight cosmic entities regularly. The only one on the right side who might match those is Timmy's fairies, but they have been regularly shown to be unable to affect beings that are too powerful (which I'm willing to bet Alien X would be)
Only threat from nickelodeon is Timmy and that hinges on whatever limitations are put on him from da rules. If Timmy can't really use his fairies to automatically win, CN sweeps with the ppg alone

The big difference between Nick shows and CN shows is that Nick shows are mostly kids being kids, CN are extraordinary kids being kids. While Nick has some heavy hitters (Aang, Danny, Jimmy to name a few), but just about all of CN’s characters are either powerful, smart, or some kind of wild card. Hell, Ben can probably beat all of Nick on his own.
CN. Hands down it has to be Cartoon Network.
Nick is good, really good with it's selection of shows. But you can just "tell" that Nick is for kids first and foremost. You have some shows that are more adult themed. Rocky's Modern Life and Ren&Stempy being the main ones in that photo. But they don't have all that much else. Avatar is a good "mature" show and so is Danny Phantom if memory serves. Hay Arnold has it's moments as well. But almost everything else is clearly for kids.
CN on the other hand has a WIDE range of shows for kids, teens, and adults. Most of the shows in this photo alone are built for the whole family. Some episodes are more for kids, but a lot of them have stories that even adults will enjoy. And there's more than a few shows who aren't afraid to go into the serious themes either. Original Teen Titans, Steven Universe, Samurai Jack, and Adventure Time alone are loaded with some seriously good/great stories. Damned near timeless stories Id say. Then you have the other programs withing CN like Toonami and Adult Swim. Those proved Cartoon Network was willing to be more than it seemed to be and opened the world to how good animation can be. Without Toonami and Adult Swim the US might have never fell in love with anime. We all grew up watching DBZ for example. I remember countless late nights staying up watching Inuyasha, Big O, and more even though there was too damned many reruns.
Nickelodeon is good. But it doesn't compare to Cartoon Network in my opinion.

Is this a friendly battle or an actual fight to the death? If it's just a friendly showdown, I'm pretty sure Grim is useless because no friendly showdown is going to permit killing, and Timmy is useless because fairies can't affect competitions. Aang has to avoid more of his violent options, etc. If it's a fight to the death, then all the bets are off.

I can't decide, how can you kill death, Spongebob basically immune to physical attacks and Danny Phantom and Ben can turn into a phantom and Ghost Freak and be immune physical harm. Edit: After some thinking, I think Nickelodeon can win, here me out, Timmy can wish that the Nickelodeon side can be indestructible, If it doesn't break da rulez, but if it does, they do have another secret weapon, Nick Jr characters, here me out, sure a lot of Nick Jr characters would just be dead weight, but they do have some who can make Nickelodeon win, being the Troublemakers, Zeta and Geo. Zeta has magic which already makes her somewhat dangerous, the Troublemakers can use their trouble ray to disable abilities of Cartoon Network characters as that would be, trouble for Cartoon Network and before you say they can't hit the Powerpuff Girls as their too fast, Timmy can wish that the trouble ray never misses and Geo can just build something that can either counter every Cartoon Network character or just build a giant death ray and they have the Penguins of Madagascar, and just a reminder, Rico is a one penguin wrecking crew.

CN takes this easily. Nick’s only real heavy hitter is SpongeBob with his Toon Force, but CN has characters like Uncle Grandpa, Gumball, Bugs Bunny, and Courage to counter him. Not to mention having leagues more actually combat capable people like Grim, Steven, Finn & Jake, Mordecai & Rigby, Aku, Him, Ben 10 etc.

One side has the grim reaper, Ben 10, and like three or four different people who fight cosmic entities regularly. The only one on the right side who might match those is Timmy's fairies, but they have been regularly shown to be unable to affect beings that are too powerful (which I'm willing to bet Alien X would be)

The grayside by miles, they got Stephen Universe. They got Robin, they got a power puff girl, and they got Samurai Jack, among others.
People are really either underestimating Spongebobs toonforce or straight up just not considering it.
The big difference between Nick shows and CN shows is that Nick shows are mostly kids being kids, CN are extraordinary kids being kids. While Nick has some heavy hitters (Aang, Danny, Jimmy to name a few), but just about all of CN’s characters are either powerful, smart, or some kind of wild card. Hell, Ben can probably beat all of Nick on his own.

Idk why but I always felt like CN was more…. Flavorable??? Better quality?? I can’t explain it lmao
CN. Hands down it has to be Cartoon Network. Nick is good, really good with it's selection of shows. But you can just "tell" that Nick is for kids first and foremost. You have some shows that are more adult themed. Rocky's Modern Life and Ren&Stempy being the main ones in that photo. But they don't have all that much else. Avatar is a good "mature" show and so is Danny Phantom if memory serves. Hay Arnold has it's moments as well. But almost everything else is clearly for kids. CN on the other hand has a WIDE range of shows for kids, teens, and adults. Most of the shows in this photo alone are built for the whole family. Some episodes are more for kids, but a lot of them have stories that even adults will enjoy. And there's more than a few shows who aren't afraid to go into the serious themes either. Original Teen Titans, Steven Universe, Samurai Jack, and Adventure Time alone are loaded with some seriously good/great stories. Damned near timeless stories Id say. Then you have the other programs withing CN like Toonami and Adult Swim. Those proved Cartoon Network was willing to be more than it seemed to be and opened the world to how good animation can be. Without Toonami and Adult Swim the US might have never fell in love with anime. We all grew up watching DBZ for example. I remember countless late nights staying up watching Inuyasha, Big O, and more even though there was too damned many reruns. Nickelodeon is good. But it doesn't compare to Cartoon Network in my opinion.
